1. Very good communication with the host through WhatsApp in English. 2. Location, you can walk to the center within 30mins, very easy. 3. Very quite at night. 4. Good parking around the house. 5. Hot water was always available.
1. We received the third floor with small window near the bed which leads to the second floor terrace and if someone comes to smoke there and you have the window open, the smoke is felt inside the room. 2. We booked a room with private bathroom but there was 7 and 8 room (we stayed at 8) and the bathroom is most likely shared with room 7, but since there was no one at room 7 so it was not a problem, but if there was it would be a problem.

A wonderful hotel with an even more wonderful staff. The receptionist is a gem; I haven't met such a pleasant and customer-focused person in a long time! I can definitely recommend this hotel!
