Nice hotel, great staff, not worth the high price of stay

Rooms were very spacious and nice. Staff was extremely helpful and really went above expectations trying to accomodate our unique dietary requirements.

Showers were really small and water was not hot enough and flow was too low. Breakfast was quite minimal

The breakfast buffet and dinner included in the price were very good. Very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. The sauna area was also quite nice. Overall a good quality for price!

Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, ausgezeichnetes Essen, viele Kleiderbügel im Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Bett, der Skibus zum Lift hat direkt vor dem Hotel eine Station und kommt gefühlsmäßig alle 5 min., die Lage ist ruhig und gleich neben dem Anfang der wunderschönen Haupt- und Einkaufsstraße.

Der Eingang zum Skikeller ist etwas eng und die Tür schwer zu öffnen.

Schön renovierter Speisesaal, saubere gemütliche Zimmer. Wirklich sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal! Das Abendessen war aussergewöhnlich gut mit typischen lokalen Spezialitäten.

Wellnessbereich könnte etwas größer sein.
