Very good stay, hotel more like 4 star.

Comfortable, clean and well maintained. Very helpful mini bus service to and from the ski lift station. Excellent restaurant with a fantastic choice of food.

No gluten free beer in the bar. Bedroom temperature far too warm at night (this was adjusted and reduced on request) Ski locker room didn’t seem to be heated and ski boots were damp inside in the morning.

Probably the best stay I have ever had

Super friendly staff, very nice cuisine every night, good location, transportation service to the lift, valet parking - everything was perfect. During 4 nights, staff remembered us, what we like to drink, where we want to go... these hospitatlities are very rare to be seen in recent tourism. Especially, special thanks to the head of the server in the dining - he was so attentive. We really enjoyed the stay, without stress. We will surely come back if circumstances allow us to do so.

Friendly hotel with great staff

From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the shuttle drivers, everyone at this hotel is so warm and friendly and really try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are clean and spacious. We enjoyed the sauna as well. Dinners at the restaurant are very efficient, with a generous buffet of starters and salads followed by 3 courses that always have a meat, fish, and vegetarian option. The shuttle service to the gondolas was always very speedy, and the drivers are so nice. Don't miss the paintings that illustrate an epic saga from the local Ladin people.

A foodie's dream

The vibes in this hotel are immaculate. The staff at the reception probably speaks every single language there is. Impressive! What is more impressive is the food. Please, do your self a favour and book the half board option. The diner is out of this world, and it is a three-course menu with a huge selection of salad buffet. Lecker! Beds are really comfortable and the staff is really friendly. The service is 10/10. At this time of year the hotel was not full so we enjoyed a day in the spa which had a hot tub and saunas. It was a super experience. 😁 The road there probably gave me a panic attack, but it was all worth it.

Comfortable, spacious room, with chairs on the balcony overlooking the town. Comfy couch in the room. Spotlessly clean. Hospitable gracious helpful staff. (Special thanks to Ms. Alessandra in the dining room!) Excellent food for half board guests, with memorable breakfast and appetizer selections, well prepared first and second dishes, thoughtful wine list.

It was all great! Can't think of a thing not to like. (NB, we didn't try the spa facility, and we don't know if they were available or not.)

Všeč nam je bilo: Večina zaposlenih je bila prijaznih in ustrežljivih, kar je pozitivno vplivalo na splošno izkušnjo bivanja. Posebej bi pohvalila večerjo, ki je bila zelo kakovostna in raznolika. Prav tako je velika prednost hotela odlična lokacija blizu smučišča

Ni mi bilo všeč: Na žalost je naše bivanje močno zaznamovala izkušnja z eno izmed zaposlenih v jedilnici (iz Moldavije), ki je bila v komunikaciji neprofesionalna, arogantna in neprijazna. Takšen odnos je popolnoma v nasprotju s standardi, ki jih pričakuješ od hotela te kategorije. Še posebej razočara dejstvo, da ob podaji pritožbe na recepciji situacija ni bila obravnavana nepristransko, temveč se je vedenje zaposlene zagovarjalo, kar je pustilo občutek, da skrb za gosta ni na prvem mestu. Bila sva že v številnih hotelih višjega razreda, vendar tako neprijetnega vzdušja zaradi odnosa ene same osebe še nisva doživela. Škoda, saj je bilo sicer opaziti trud drugih zaposlenih, ki pa ga je ta izkušnja popolnoma zasenčila. Meniva, da bi moral hotel več pozornosti nameniti izbiri in usposabljanju osebja na ključnih kontaktnih točkah z gosti, saj ravno to najbolj vpliva na celoten vtis bivanja.

L hotel è in una ottima posizione, con parcheggio poco distante comodo da parcheggiare auto. Camera ampia, deposito bici 🚲 ok 👍. Bagno turco jacuzzi e sauna top per finire il pomeriggio prima di cena

Posizione ottima.L’albergo è situato nel centro del paese. Cortesia dei camerieri , buona cucina anche se poco locale.molto comodo il parcheggio adiacente alla struttura.

Apprezzo che accettino i cani ma vengono fatti pagare 20€ al giorno senza ricevere alcun servizio. Posso capire che una parte vada per le pulizie extra( forse ) ,ma considerato che le lenzuola non ci sono mai state cambiate in 4 notti ,160€ totali per due cani mi sembrano eccessivi. Frigo bar vuoto e in una junior suite sarebbe opportuno avere almeno una bottiglia di acqua.

de locatie in het dorp is perfect, auto moet je ca. 100 m verderop op hotel parkeerplaats parkeren maar is gratis, gastvrouw en -man, bediening bij ontbijt en avondeten waren zeer vriendelijk, ontbijt en avondeten uitzonderlijk goed, bed ook prima en zeer ruime kamer, groot balkon maar keek op de buurmans bomen

we zaten op verdieping 1 aan de achterkant, we roken sigarettenrook en hoorde 's avonds cafe geluiden van beneden, badkamer ruim voldoende, alleen douchen in de badkuip is wat gedateerd

Personalen bör gå en kurs där dom får veta att kundernas pengar betalar deras löner. Kändes inte bra från första kontakten med en person som om man inte var värdig att bo på hennes hotell. Inte bra.inte alls bra.

Fint hotell i centralt men trafikstört läge

Vi bodde i juniorsviten som var fint inredd med antika möbler. Trevlig frukostbuffé Ligger centralt nära alla faciliteter.

Tyvärr trafikstört läge vilket gjorde balkongen lite mindre användbar. Eftersom vi fick sova med stängda dörrar och fönster blev det väldigt varmt i rummet på nätterna.

Una semana inolvidable en los Dolomitas.

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, siempre pendientes de nosotros, sobre todo Cintia, que nos ayudó especialmente para poder movernos por la zona. Se trata de un hotel tradicional, con una arquitectura típica de la zona, muy cómodo, con un buen restaurante, muy buen menú, y muy buen bufet de desayuno. Muy limpio y aunque es de 3 estrellas es bastante confortable. Además tienen Spa incluido en el precio y tiene muy buena ubicación.

Prima hotel in het mooie Corvara

Charmant hotel met leuk personeel, we hadden de junior suite geboekt, prachtige kamer met mooi uitzicht richting dorp en bergen, ontbijt prima in orde, kleine wellness, de shuttle service naar de skiliften is echt geweldig geregeld

We hadden half pension geboekt, de volgende keer boeken wij alleen nog ontbijt erbij zodat je lekker in het dorp kunt gaan dineren
