Уютный отель в горах. Все продумано. Сервис отличный. Комфортно на шаттл попадать на гору и возвращаться с горы. Дорога занимает 3 минуты. Отличные ужины при покупке полупансиона. Наличие консьерж службы облегчает отдых.
На завтрак не хватило разнообразия овощей. А начало ужинов хотелось бы не так поздно , например 18-45 или 19.

Great place, great views, great skis. The hotel had lots of benefits. Saro is just the best of all people who work there.
90% of the higher-ups keep putting a fake smile in front of customers. Once you need something, don’t expect cooperation. Everyone was helpful while we were there but the moment we were leaving and asked for an invoice, we were categorically denied it by reception, accounting, and even the owner. They agreed to our terms once I used my legal rights. Unfortunately, turned out all those smiles in the lobby were fake.
