Excellent hotel and should be at the top of anybody’s list

A lovely hotel, great decor. Welcoming and polite staff. Big spacious and comfortable room. The view out of any window and especially the pool is stunning. Secure parking and great location

Bear in mind in the summer the rooms can get a little stuffy and there is no AC.

Great place to live and to dine

Staff is super-helpful and friendly. The on-site restaurant Burje 1968 provides fine-dining experience, while the sommelier Max will be your navigator through the extensive wine cart - the restaurant has its own wine cellar!

Charming hotel at the edge of hiking paradise

-Wonderful location (hiking routes and cabines all around) -Brekafast: one of the best breakfast we've ever had (local fruits, veggies and cheese) -Panorama pool and relax area are really demanding -The kindness of staff is exceptional

Two surprising days

The hotel is very elegant, with an exquisite design. Located right next to the ski slopes and at the starting point of hiking trails, the hotel provides everything you need – a fabulous breakfast, dinner in a stylish restaurant, a gym mainly equipped for cardio but also offering fitness options, and a rooftop pool with a panoramic view over the Sella Ronda.

The Wi-Fi signal could be better. Otherwise… it’s a pity I didn’t stay longer.

Great location for a mountain retreat.

The room was exactly as booked, great combination of modern and mountain cabin styles, makes you feel like you are in the mountains but also at a top rated hotel, really great vibe. Very big room too, a lot of space for everything, you feel like moving in there for a few months. The bathroom is large as well, you have all the space you need to place you things in there, also the shower is very spacious, you can have a relaxing shower there without feeling cramped at all. The staff was very helpful, at the reception, bar, restaurant and breakfast, everything was great. The views from the room are breathtaking, very great placement for the hotel to admire the Dolomites. The pool area is a very relaxing place, and again, the view of the mountains from within the pool is absolutely great, the water is the optimum temperature, not hot or cold, just perfect to relax. In the room you get everything you might need, from the usuals in the bathroom to the coffee machine the bathrobes and slippers. The whole hotel is very nicely decorated and makes you feel great while eating or having a drink at the bar.

As always in Italy the internet is a big problem, here it was ok as far as signal goes, but the overall speed is lacking. That we didn`t stay longer :P.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. However, charging a glass of red wine for €37 is beyond crazy. I asked for just a simple glass after a heavy diner. This was quite rude and overcharged heavily.

Great place for outdoor enthusiasts, perfect location to a mountain playground!

The hotel is in the best location! Right in the center of everything. Close to the ski lifts and within walking distance of restaurants and trails. The breakfast was great and the wellness center was just incredible especially after spending long days outdoors.

The beds and pillows weren't too comfortable.

The noise from the street. I booked a little escape for our honeymoon. I’ve asked for a quiet room and I got a room facing the street and a construction site instead. Absolutely no acknowledgement of our honeymoon besides mentioned that we got married 2 day earlier.

Amazing breakfast!

The entire experience was terrific. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and activities available. The breakfast was the highlight of my dining experience.

The dinning menu was confusing. Each meal offered Buffett style salads / breakfast items that were more than enough to satisfy. The addition of the main items seemed a bit much. The food was excellent, just a bit odd in how it all came together.
