Overall the property was fully reflective of what the hotel was selling. Well fitted out and comfortable.
Sadly the staff were either scared of the owners or not fully trained in how to present themselves. No smiling or interest in the clients.

Very nice hotel exceeding 3s stars category, good variety of food, very kind staff, clean and nice rooms and facilities. Great shuttle service to the ski lifts.
The cleaning lady made the bed in the morning despite being explicitly asked not to (written note on the bed and note at the reception). Everything else exceeded expectations.

Room was okay - good shower.
Location a bit out of the way. Room amenities basic. Breakfast very basic. Hotel didn’t feel particularly homely or welcoming.
