Great location, has private parking

Very good location, close to the beach and the downtown area. The apartment and the entire property are nice and have a relaxing, beachy vibe. The property has a community kitchen that you can use. Also, it's super useful that they have a private parking.

We had some ants in the room.

Nice room, comfortable beds, walking distance to everything

Nice and clean triple room with comfortable beds in a quiet residential area. The air conditioning unit is above the double bed, but we kept balcony doors open at night, and it was enough to keep the room cool without the air con (end of August). The shared kitchen is big enough and fully equipped. Walking distance to shops, beach and the old town (up to 15-20 minutes). Kind and helpful host. Good value for money. Free parking on premises, which is rare in Rovinj.

The shower has no curtain, so the floor gets wet, but there are towel mats to dry it.

The apartment was super clean. Communication with the guesthouse was super. The house is very close to Mulini Beach,which was important to us. The city center was a comfortable 15-20 minute walk. Our room was nice. The balcony was good to drink our morning coffee. The bed was comfortable.The room was good size with a small fridge. Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to return😊

Very well located: close to the beach, not right in the crowed of the old town, but still pretty close to it. Owner was nice and helpful. Room and entire place matched the description.

Attentive staff, always reacting to my messeges and ready to recomened everything you need. Some coffe and lemonad was nice welcome drink. 10 min.to the different beach

Nice place to stay for couples. Everything is really close to the apartment 10 min. walking max.

This apartment is really not for families with children. I did not like shared kitchen for multiple apartments and also no space for kids to play.

Comodidad como en casa

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y confortables. Se comparte la cocina con el resto de huéspedes y hay una mesa fuera en la que puedes desayunar disfrutando de la tranquilidad. Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de que nadie más utilizaba la cocina, así que era como una extensión más de nuestra habitación. Los anfitriones son muy amables y están disponibles en cualquier momento. La ubicación fantástica, a un agradable paseo de 15 minutos del centro histórico de la ciudad y muy cerca de la zona de playa. El alojamiento tiene aparcamiento privado, muy útil en Rovinj.
