good location but

I hadnt realised that there would be no desk person at all in the night...which meant that any questions I may have -about more toilet paper, or a TV that didnt work- remained unanswered until the next day. The restaurant (connected w the hotel) was supposed to be open until 10.00 pm but it was not. And I was not convinced about the full cleanliness of the room...the hotel was however very well placed.

More desk staff, more information about the restaurant hours, and a cleaner room.

This area is very expensive and this is one of the cheapest hotels there, but you definitely get what you pay for!

The location is great

The property is very damp and musty. The room was sparkly furnished ; a bed and a tiny table. There were no curtains. The bathroom was moldy and the shower had no pressure. The light in the toilet did not work.

OK, for a short stay

Toilets unfortunately are not the best. Having a shower meant the whole bathroom would be flooded. You could here EVERYTHING that happened on the street from the room, and we were at second to last floor. I did not sleep well as a consequence.

Cheap, no outside noise.

Parking is free and on the free parking lot where majority of immigrants are spending their time...If you come on fancy car you better off find a payed parking lot. Wi fi signal was really week. TV size is 20 inch. AC without remote control to set the the temperature. Keep in mind hotel room is on the second floor of bar-restaurant so loud music continued untill around midnight.

An absolute disaster - the staff locks up the hotel at 21.30 making it into a ghost town and making check-in impossible. If this is how your operate, you shouldn't call yourself a HOTEL and you should put extra effort into informing your clients, loud and clear, that check in won't be possible in the evening. We managed to find another place for the night, which is perhaps for the better as this "hotel's" patio smelled like stale urine, leaving the state of their facilities open to imagination.

Biker’s choice, rock and roll!

Location is central to the town, close to shops and ferry boat. Staff were helpful and accommodating. cleaning happened every day. Motorcycle parking besides the building. The restaurant downstairs serves some basic breakfast, and an other hotel across the port serves regular open buffet morning meals. They also invite good music bands for the weekend evenings!

Rooms are minimalistic, a bed, a bedside table and a foldable luggage holder. Since it is close to the main road, you will live the city vibes while in your room, although nights are pretty calm, it is a small town.

The hotel is in a good location close to the waterfront. The staff was accommodating, and it was possible to park on the street right by the hotel entrance.

Comfy bed and a great shower

Apart from a rapid check-in we didn't see a single member of staff, it was like a ghost hotel! The room was freezing cold, and there was an aircon/heating unit high up on the wall, but no remote control in the room so we couldn't turn on the heating as it was too high to reach. And no staff to ask for help!

Le personnel était sympa

Tout le reste. L’hygiène douteuse, les lits pas confortables. La non insonorisation, donc les bruits de la rue mais aussi du couloir. Pas de télécommande pour les clim.

Bon petit séjour.

L'emplacement était bien sympa et la vue super. Le fait qu'il fasse un peu frais dans la chambre, c'était un bonheur avec la chaleur qu'il y avait dehors.

L'insonorisation. On entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les couloirs, j'ai été réveillée plus d'une fois par des claquement de portes au cours de la nuit.

Comment commencer ... Comment est il possible qu'en étant gérant de ce genre d'établissement, négliger à ce point la literie , la base du confort d'un hôtel. Chambre 11 avec des lits d'une autre époque en ferraille complètement tordus, grinçante et vont ils pas s'effondrer pendant la nuit....Pas de couette, oreillers minables. Honteux à 90 euros la nuit . Nous avons du poser les matelas à même le sol pour tenter de dormir . Établissement à fuir, misez sur le camping, c'est plus confortable. De plus les photos du site sont mensongères. La chambre 11 est à fuir absolument sauf si vous appréciez les escapes room .

Tout ! Franchement scandaleux ! Le ménage n’était pas fait, le sol deguelasse, la douche pas de pommeau avec un rideau de douche sale. On avait une chambre de bonne sans équipement. Le rouleau de papier Wc sur la brosse … au dernier étage sans ascenseur. Le lit c’est un clic clac. On entend ronfler et uriner les voisins, y a aucune isolation. Passez vraiment votre chemin. Le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant. L'emplacement est tres bien en face du port.

La chambre n'était pas très propre (moisissure dans la salle de bain) poignée de toilette cassée... 435e 2 nuits je trouve ca très cher pour la qualité de la chambre.

La personne a l’accueil est très sympa et agréable.

Insalubre, literie sale et inconfortable. Pas de télécommande pour régler la Clim il faisait très froid. Nous avons dormi au dessus des draps de peur de tomber malade et attraper des punaises de lit.

Literie inconfortable , salle de bain vétuste (robinet lavabo cassé , la douche de salle de bain le jet part dans tous les sens) , sol de la chambre sale avec traces , draps / coussins/serviettes je pense pas lavé des précédents des clients car mauvaise odeur , odeur de cigarette dans les escaliers pour aller dans la chambre , heureusement c’était 1 seule nuit

Les draps avaient une odeur de tabac c’était horrible et il y avait des taches dessus donc j’en déduis que le propriétaire des lieux est passé d’un client à un autre sans changer les draps !!! C’est simple très incroyable !

une chambre communicante avec une chambre à côté sans fenêtre ensemble sordide, nous étions tellement dépités que nous avons changé d'établissement pour pouvoir prendre un petit déjeuner dans des conditions correctes incompréhensible que booking com puisse proposer des chambres dans cet état, nous sommes resté car arrivés tard vers 21H30
