The place was nice and clean and the swimming pool was lovely

The check in and check out service is shocking! The reception is only open from 2pm - 7pm, we arrived back after dinner around 23.00 and there was 6 elderly people trying to check and there was 0 staff available, after trying to call every number on all the information we were unsuccessful to help them, we managed to find them some blankets and they all had to sleep in reception. This is shocking!! There’s should always be a member of staff avalible incase something bad happens. This really ruined our stay as we could not sleep thinking about the elderly people.

Management/Confidential: Somebody (technical staff with a drill or to read a meter) entering, bursting into the appartment in the morning without knocking! Strange and intrusive to say the least. This time, I did not take it badly. It happened twice, same man, who apologized twice. Important to note. This is not what we learn in the hotel industry. Despite these incidents I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you. (Please I don't want this to be published, that is not the point).

Nice swimming pool, silent location, maybe not a perfect value for money but alltogether OK.

Silent neighbourhood (no sounds of traffic) with a lot of cicade sound, nice swimming pool. Nice room and equipment and very helpful team. Perfect stay if you look for sunbathing by the pool or good spot for sightseeing around (highway is not far away).

Too few sunbeds by the pool, some guests had no sunbed. The pool is opened at 10:30 - that's very late concerning the weather. Not possible to e.g. drink a beer or any other drink by the pool. Breakfast very poor. Was not a problem for me but it's not close to any beach.

Worst apartment ever

After complaining the gentle lady at the reception could find a better apartament for the day after.

The first apartment they gave us (number 1) was really bad. No curtains at the window so that the people parking could look inside the room. It was like being in a busy square, no privacy at all. The only option was to keep the blinds close all time. It was like being in a prison. The rooms were old, with dirty walls and had a bad smell. The apartment was a bit better but after a night in the first apartment the vacation was already of ruined. I don't know why they offer such a bad apartment...

Very functional place to stay but location good

Self contained, reasonable space and big bed. Nice swimming pool and paid for breakfasts (extra) were good. Location was good being only a five minute drive to the beach.

The shower wouldn't stay on the wall and fell quite dangerously on the first day. There was no outlook. It was functional.

It was perfect for us visiting family. We are so pleased we chose Zenitude Hotel

Lovely well-equipped room. At the time of our visit, the hotel was a very quiet place to stay. We had all the cooking facilities in our studio, TV, superb bathroom. Excellent and comfortable bed. Great views from our terrace. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful and gave us a warm welcome.

Nothing really negative to say, but a few things could be improved or looked into 1- Lack of wall plugs/charging points for mobile devices There was no socket on one side of the bed and the one on the other side was playing up. 2-It would be good to add some pads under the feet of the chairs to reduce noise on the tiles when the wooden chairs are dragged (we were careful when moving the chairs but one of the residents woke us up first thing because of the shrieking noise of the chairs) 3- Internet access was patchy. 4- At times, especially in the morning, pretty bad sewage smell in the public areas (but it didn’t affect our studio at all).

Excellent accueil, la personne qui nous a accueilli était avenante serviable souriante, très bien 10/10. La literie est très bien. L’emplacement géographique au top tout est à proximité. Le spa au top.

Aux vues de certains commentaires négatif je m'inquiétais un peu Mais il ne faut pas penser que notre séjour sera identique aux leur Pour notre séjour en tout cas La literie était propre et Matelas ferme La vaisselle propre avec un lave vaisselle Nous avions un appart 2 chambres très spacieuses pour pouvoir ranger nos vêtements (nous étions là pour un mariage)

Juste un bémol sur la salle de bain ou la lumière n'est pas très forte nous avions un bac à douche avec un rideau pas pratique du tout, il y avait de l'eau qui coulait de partout même en collant le rideau sur le carrelage C'est juste ce petit désagrément lors de notre séjour que j'ai trouvé moins bien Le personnel très bien , nous a fourni des serviettes en plus puisque sol inondé Bref comme je disais juste un petit désagrément Conclusion : Je pense que je vais réitérer dans vos apparthôtel

Les sols collait, les murs du salon avait plein de traces noires ainsi que le plafond. Le rideau de douche était jaunâtre. Le personnel n'y est pour rien. Juste un appartement qui manque d'entretien Un bruit de chasse d'eau qui se déclenchait tte les 3 mins de jour comme de nuit

appartement très sale, mur taché, pas de tête de lit et donc mur pourri, oreillers horribles, salle de bain lugubre, pas de rideaux fenêtre donc super sympa car la chambre au niveau du parking, vraiment un endroit d'une tristesse absolue A fuir absolument
