The campground is charming and the hotel is the central star! Our bed was very comfortable and we had a lot of space in the suite. Beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast was very nice and we also enjoyed the taverna for dinner several times.

Posizione bella , struttura originale , camera ( suite ) incompleta . Spa sovraffollata in particolare bambini ovunque ( almeno negli idromassaggi a parte si poteva limitare l'accesso solo ad adulti )...impossibile godere di un po di relax in silenzio.
Prenotato per 3 in suite camera preparata per 2 ,necessario richiamo del personale per completare poi mancava il tendaggio della porta finestra della camera che vanificava privacy e oscurità 2° richiamo del personale per completare , piscina e spa presa d'assalto da flotte di bambini nessuna area relax riservata a soli adulti .
Era previsto un cambio camera per un giorno supplementare .....chiesto un check in anticipato e il trasporto dei bagagli in camera non ricevuto nessuno dei 2 ( per 454€ a notte !!!!! ) . Cameriere alle colazioni un po troppo invadente con battutine fuori luogo.
Prezzo elevatissimo per il rapporto qualità servizio.

The location of the hotel is very good as it provides a direct access to the main attractions of Dolomites. A spa at the premises is definitely a plus. Our room was spacious and clean.
The hotel is overpriced. Our room did not look like what was indicated in the pictures. The interior is quite dated and not very comfortable (for example, tilted walls do not allow for a comfortable usage of the bathroom and there is no sufficient natural light).
