Overall great apartment with a few flaws

Great buffet breakfast. Clean and large apartment. We stayed in #5. City views from the large terrace. Staff was really pleasant and ready to help. There is an elevator but beware that it doesn’t reach the top floor. Not a problem for us. The parking was really convenient, a garage right under the building with direct elevator up to apartments.

WiFi was terrible, could not even stream. This alone makes the price not a good value. No microwave, so we were forced to use the burners to warm up some milk. But, The cooktop was child locked, and we had to call the staff to unlock. Also, the only coffee maker was an espresso machine. Would have preferred a regular italian moka machine, or a drip. The espresso machine wasn’t working when we tried to use it, and had to call staff again to make it work. The mattresses were too soft for us but this is a matter of personal opinion. The pillows could be better they were really lumpy and soft.

We truly enjoyed our stay at ZIN SENFTER Residence. Truly, it was one of pleasant 3 nights and the staff made the experience even better. Everyone was helpful, especially those in the breakfast & reception sections they were friendly, attentive and wonderful people. The resident location is excellent very close to the center and surrounded by shopping areas with everything you need on a daily basis. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I might repeat my visit again in the future. I will also recommend this place to my friends and colleagues. I would like to end my message with big thanks for the warm hospitality.

Relaxing, high quality residence with all you need.

The staff and facilities at Zin Senftner are wonderful. The breakfast is extremely tasty and beautifully set out. The lunch packs are great and save searching for food during the day of you are out hiking. The staff are kind and efficient and help with whatever they can. Various activities are also available. The premises is very clean. I recommend Zin Senftner for a very relaxing stay.

Very attentive friendly staff. Enjoyed the complimentary afternoon cakes. Comfortable, cosy, clean and functional apartment with large shower and plenty of hot water.

Unable to manage the room temperature more than a few degrees. Whilst lovely and warm, it was too warm to sleep well.

Great accommodation a stone’s throw from San Candido’s town center, excellent customer service

Excellent breakfast with wide availability of choice and produce, such as fresh orange juice

Suggestions: - in the afternoon with the snacks also offer something (simple) to drink, for example hot chocolate, tea and/or vin brûlé. That makes the whole experience even better! - maybe consider the possibility of offering a station shuttle when guests are traveling by train with heavy luggage

This was one of the best places we ever stayed, and probably the best one in the mountains! Good location, in the center, very, very clean and spacious room, excellent beds and sanitary facilities- everything is on top! Sauna and relax area just perfect! Friendly reception staff, we spent great holiday with you ! Big thanks!

Not that I didn’t like, just a note to others - to train station, where you take train to the main slopes area, is about 13 minutes walk. But! There is a small ski area just around the corner - perfect for beginners.

Acomodação muito boa, o atendimento dos colaboradores é fantástico.

No segundo dia não limparam, mas foi porque como é um apartamento tem que pedir pra limpar, porém isso não mudou nada minha opinião. Tudo ótimo.

Super recomendo, foi maravilhoso!

Quartos bem grandes, espaçosos, com ampla sala de estar, cozinha completa, sacada com varal, enfim, espaço muito bom. Estava tudo bem limpo também, apenas um detalhe que nos pegou de surpresa foi que não havia serviço de arrumação de quarto, somente pagando uma taxa a parte, mas como ficamos poucos dias e passamos bastante tempo fora não sentimos tanto a falta. O café da manhã é excepcional! A garagem também é muito boa, coberta.
