It was relaxed and quiet I booked for four knights and I only paid the half price I asked him to Cancelled the last nigh

The garden and the location The tea time was nice and quiet

There is nothing on the room as other 4 stars hotel No water No coffee tea machine no heater. Some staff do not show proper hospitality, especially the older ones.

Classy, timeless and luxurious feel just 40 min drive from the Tre Cime!

Everything! This is a timeless and classy place. You feel transported to another time where you’ll feel so welcome like you’re walking into a family house. Although the property is old they made enough renovations and furniture to feel contemporary. I usually avoid staying in older places because of the smell but this property was perfectly maintained and modernised for a luxurious feel. You’ll have a lot of options of things to do and the little town is just one walk away. Amazing breakfast and the tea thing they make in the afternoon is so so cool!

The mattresses could have been newer.

The staff were amazing, really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and meet our needs, even if English was not their strong point :-) Breakfasts and half-board dinners were of excellent quality, varied and plentiful.

Sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Aufenthalt Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das herzliche und stets freundliche Personal – wir wurden jederzeit mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und bestens betreut. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft: Mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Haunold und die Dreischusterspitze beginnt jeder Tag schon mit guter Laune. Der Wellnessbereich ist modern, sehr sauber und bietet mit Saunen, Dampfgrotte, Infrarotkabine und Pool auch an Regentagen pure Entspannung. Mehrere ruhige Bereiche laden sowohl drinnen als auch draußen zum Verweilen ein. Ein großes Plus ist die kostenlose Tiefgarage des Hotels. Der Ortskern von Innichen ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man gemütlich bummeln gehen kann. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man braucht, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Abendessen: abwechslungsreiche Gerichte aus regionaler und internationaler Küche, stets reichlich und lecker. Innichen selbst eignet sich als perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschöne Region der Sextner Dolomiten und das Hochpustertal zu erkunden.

Das Zimmer wirkt insgesamt etwas abgewohnt und man merkt, dass es schon oft genutzt wurde. Die Zimmertüren fallen zudem recht laut ins Schloss.

Es war ein gelungener Kurzurlaub

Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend. Ein Lob an die Küche. Das Ambiente im Speisesaal war mehr als ansprechend. Das Servicepersonal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hatten Augen und Ohren offen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
