It was luxurious and peaceful and it felt like a little vacation inside of our vacation.

WOW! The hotel exceeded our expectations. We came by car and it was very easy to find. Lots of parking. The facilities were amazing, the view from our balcony looked like a painting. The meals were beautiful, the staff was kind and attentive, the pool/saunas were cleaned and had the same breathtaking view. We stayed during full moon and we sat on our balcony and watched a full moon hiking tour roam the mountains by flashlight. We truly wish we had planned a longer stay.

Great, location, great staff and really beautiful hotel.

The meals at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, you really need to get room and board. Dinner was a 5 course meal every night and breakfast was lovely with egg and protein options (not always easy to find in Italy). They were also able to accommodate my dairy free restriction. Spa facilities are great, very beautiful but the best ones are in the adult only area so you must be comfortable being nude. We also received massages which were very nice, more relaxing than therapeutic but still worth it. We used hiking poles for a Tre Cime hike which was so nice not to have to travel with our own or worry about buying there. They even provide a backpack in case you don't have one in every room. Overall highly recommend!!!

The temperature in the room was very warm at night and there is no air conditioning so the only option was to open the door at night to cool it down. It was late fall when we were there so that was fine, not a lot of bugs but seems like an oversight. They also don't have a traditional style hot tub in the spa. they have whirlpools which aren't very hot with jets and then a pool that is very hot but they don't have a hot tub with jets which we found a little odd. They make up for it with the variety of saunas and other facilities. It was also a little annoying that the pools and spa are not open after dinner.

Beautiful place for resting and exploring Dolomites

Oh it’s a wonderful place for resting and enjoying mountains. Room was very big and cosy, balcony was amazing and the view is breath taking. They offer everything you need and more. I was really nicely surprised with afternoon snacks and welcome drinks. Spa and pool area is amazing, I had some good chill time. It’s a really quiet and nice place and you feel really welcomed there. Staff was very nice, specialy receptionists. We explored San Candido, it’s a nice little place and it’s well located for exploring rest of Dolomites. I came with a car and garage was great and safe.

We only didn’t like the bed, it was a bit soft.

Worth every moment

Location is amazing, the facilities at the hotel is really good. The view from the hotel room is stunning. The receptionist “Katharina” was really helpful and provides exceptional service. We had a car accident on our way to San Candido and Katharina help us to communicate with Sixt team to arrange car pick up and find alternative travel solution to Florence for us.

Phenomenal Stay in the Dolomites

This hotel was phenomenal and I was truly sad to leave. From the incredible food at breakfast, snack, and dinner, to the amazing spa and pool facilities, I enjoyed my time here immensely and would return in a heartbeat. The Staff go above and beyond, they're so kind and helpful. I also rented an e-bike for the day, only 35 Euro compared to 55-75 when you go to a private company. They have activities scheduled, tons of recommendations. All around perfect hotel.

I guess the only thing is that getting into San Candido isn't easily walkable, although it is... and they offer a shuttle into town. So really nothing bad to say.

Excellent value for a spa hotel

A great hotel for the price. We had paid more to be in nother spa hotels during our Dolomites stay, but the spa was just as nice or nicer than many of them. Beautiful warm pools with a great view, steam rooms etc. In addition the main pool was long enough to actually swim in. Our room was extremely large, with a couch in it, which was a big surprise and very nice. It also had a deck with a view of the mountains. They were also some nice touches like a free drink when you show up, your choice of aperol spritz etc. They had some free food at tea time, though none of it looked all that appetizing.

Only complaint was not their fault, that You could hear the highway from some of the areas facing the he mountains

Excepcional

Wonderful hotel – truly deserving of 5 stars! We wish we had been able to enjoy it more, but we had a wedding to attend and couldn’t take full advantage of everything. We definitely want to come back! The saunas are excellent, the dinner was exceptional, and the breakfast incredibly complete. Service was absolutely outstanding!

Wonderful!

This place is amazing! We had the best stay, we had a scare with an allergy which we felt like wasn’t dealt with in the best way.. but other than that the staff were generally super helpful, beautiful location and the spa is to die for! Make sure you book in advance for any activities taking place. We really enjoyed them!

We told multiple staff about an allergy, but we were still served food with it in. Then everyone changed and didn’t want to take responsibility/address it.

Nice hotel

Location is close to activities in san candido and the room is spacious, the restaurant is also good.

This hotel is not recommended in the summer because there’s no AC in the rooms and if you leave the balcony open a lot of bugs and bees will enter they should have a window mesh screen to prevent the bugs. Also there are no slippers in the room and no iron even when we asked for one they said they only provide ironing services but cannot lend us an iron.

One of my favorites hotels EVER! It’s a must.

Absolutely EVERYTHING. The view of this place is insanely beautiful, the rooms were very comfortable and I loved the fitness area, pool, sauna and breakfast.

No complains, just two comments: shower a bit small in the single room and sometimes I had to ask the server twice for the same thing, but no worries at all.

Naturhotel Leitlhof is a must visit. Location and views are incredible, staff welcoming and attentive, and the food - most of which is produced at their own organic farm - is exceptional. In particular the peaceful outdoor pool with a spectacular mountain view and the restaurant are to die for. Myself and my partner are absolute foodies and agreed that here was some of the best food we have ever eaten - fresh, beautifully presented breakfast and salad buffets, succulent steaks cooked to perfection and an interesting and delicious tasting menu for dinner all blew us away. Thank you for welcoming us and we look forward to returning again!

Spectacular

everything! It was my second time in the Naturhotel and I want to come back every time I’m close to the Dolomites. Absolutely spectacular place to stay. Rooms are great, spa is superb and meal are super tasty and well prepared. Plus they have a charger for my EV so the whole trip was extra easy for me 👍
