Minor improvements away from being a perfect place!

Hotel Tolderhof is only couple improvements away from being a perfect place! - the staff is fantastic; authentically friendly and helpful. They pay attention to the guests, so far that they could remember some details we had discussed on the phone 2 weeks before. - the food is tasty and looks marvelous! It’s really standard of a good restaurant! - rooms are spacious and really well finished - it’s been super clean all over the place! - there is sauna and ski/boots drier room and a lift to all levels - there a really big bed in the room - the place is really close to the ski arena, what’s more they offer a transfer! - everyone speaks good German and English (Italian of course too)

- the Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room. I needed to stay by the door to get the signal - there were two small duvets for a double bed (I personally prefer one big duvet) and really heavy. I found it not too comfortable. - there are eggs available for breakfast; however it’s little confusing. Once we were offered once not. To sum up, it was definitely a good experience! If only the minor improvements are made, the hotel Tolderhof will become a perfect place in my eyes!

Nice variety for breakfast. There’s a lot to do in the surroundings. Enough towels are available.

20€/night for the dog is excessive. This information should be shown before closing the reservation and not just “additional cost might be charged”.

Struttura meravigliosamente bella. Personale molto competente, preparato ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Luogo tranquillo, molto silenzioso, e vicino a numerosissime attrattive. Logisticamente perfetto. E' nostra intenzione tornarci. Colazione ottima e tipica dei luoghi

Ampi margini di miglioramento

Struttura di tipo familiare, posizione interessante. Nel periodo (estivo) non è presente servizio di ristorazione, ma solo la prima colazione, di buona qualità e abbondante, del tipo self service. Caffetteria solo automatica non irresistibile, nessuna spremuta d’arancia o altro frutto, ma solo succhi di frutta alla spina.

La stanza sufficientemente ampia, ma con vista sull’interno. Purtroppo moquette ovunque, per chi come me soffre di allergia si è trattato di una brutta sorpresa. Seconda brutta sorpresa: assenza di frigobar in camera, il che rende impossibile anche solo bere un bicchiere di acqua fresca. Stanza molto calda, scarsamente raffrescabile; l’assenza di aria condizionata in un ambiente tipicamente ‘invernale’, rende il clima molto caldo anche di notte. Bagno ampio e pulito, cambio di biancheria solo due volte nella settimana del soggiorno.

Camera grandissima e confortevole. Posizione albergo bellissima e tranquilla in fondo valle suggestivo Colazione fantastica. Pulizia ottima.

Purtroppo solo il tempo. Piovuto 4 giorni. Per il resto tutto ottimo. Molto trafficata la valle da bressanone verso il confine. Serve pazienza per code molto probabili

Sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer mit Aussicht, bequeme Betten, sehr nette und kompetente Inhaber. Richtig tolles Frühstück, schöne Räume. Guter Ausgangspunkt, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Vielen Dank.
