    The only positive aspects of this hotel are its location and the view. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. The staff’s professionalism, customer service, and hospitality were practically nonexistent. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed little interest in assisting guests or making the stay enjoyable. Cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the housekeeping service was extremely poor. Despite staying for several days, the room was not maintained to even a basic standard. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve experienced in any hotel. The selection was very limited, the quality was poor, and there was little variety from day to day. I would rate it 1/10. The rooms themselves were outdated, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. The furniture was very old, worn out, and had an unpleasant smell. I would rate the rooms 2/10. The bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been renovated in decades. They were old, unattractive, and not well maintained, making them uncomfortable to use. The elevators were another major issue. Only two were operating, which resulted in long waiting times. They were also slow, dirty, and clearly in need of maintenance. Overall, the hotel appears neglected, with very poor management and little attention to guest comfort or satisfaction. It does not meet the standards expected of a hotel at this price point. I cannot recommend staying here, and I certainly would not return. The only reason to consider this hotel is for the location and the view—everything else falls far below acceptable standards. In general the stay was a nightmare that we were going through
