Very nice reception and room care staff. The triple room was small but comfortable. The room is clean but could use some care in the bathroom. The towel rack hook was coming off. Beth other than that all was good.

For this price the accomodation was good! The bed was quite comfortable, the room was silent so I had a very good sleep there. The breakfast was typical Turkish style - I liked it. Many different kinds of teas available. Very close to the center and only 1min walking away from the bus stop and 2 min away from the tramway. The negative things: It was written at the elevator that towels will be changed only every 3 days. Well, fortunately I was alone in the room and had towels for 2 people. But sad that they also don't empty the trush within those 3 days. The staff there is ok, but somehow it is strange that you as the customer have to great them first before they will great you. But beside of that they were kind.

The hotel was based in a good location. All the shops were on the one road and the tram was near by if we need to go anywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful and took care of us. The room was standard and good internet coverage. Breakfast by the pool was really nice. I do recommend this hotel for anyone going.

We had a very pleasant stay at Triana Hotel. The location is excellent, the Wi-Fi worked well, and it was a lovely surprise that guests are offered a delicious soup every evening. The breakfast staff and the manager were very friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable.
The only small suggestion is to offer some whole-grain or low-carb bread options for guests with diabetes or those who prefer healthier choices, as only white bread was available.
Overall, a great hotel with excellent service. I would gladly stay here again!
