This place has a couple of superpowers. The location is the obvious one, so close to the heart of the wonderful Ottoman part of town that I found myself popping back in the middle of the day to drop off a bag or use the facilities. And secondly, Valida is the perfect host. For example, I let her know I was going to arrive later than planned, because my train hadn't moved for hours. So she tried calling the train station in Mostar to see if she could get any information for me! She also prepares and cooks a wonderful and varied breakfast each morning, and was always happy to help answer any questions, provide tips, or simply to chat. I found the room comfy, slept very well, and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in town.

Everything was great. The room was clean and warm. The landlady, Valida, was very helpful and kind. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you again, Valida.
