Großes Zimmer Pflegeprodukte vorhanden Sehr sehr gutes Frühstück unten im Weinkeller - das war top.
Englisch war kaum präsent bei den Mitarbeiterinnen, auch an der Rezeption. Hotelaussenanlage wurde gerade renoviert.

The staff has tried to compensate with their kindness clear weaknesses of the service, in some cases successfully (breakfast).
A result of judgments above nine, should be deserved to a different quality of the host. Wellness area was substantially not available not just due to the swimming pool (closed in january, date of this review) but because the access is possible only walking outdoor (with a temperature below 0) for a significant distance. Additionally, the devices in the bathroom (206) were not only of poor quality but also malfunctioning with irregular flow. Dialogue with the host (verbal a/o written) almost impossible due to lack of confidence with international languages.
