+ big living room area + comfy beds + good staff, since we were arriving late we needed to check in ourselves and i had some problems with accessing the tutorial, but the lady working at the reception answered my questions and was helpful. + although from the outside it doesnt look like much, the apartment itself was lovely. + breakfast was pretty good, the dining area is cozy

- a bit funny, but there is a rooster somewhere nearby the hotel that woke us up quite early :) - no english descriptions in the dining area - it was a bit hard to find parking since we arrived late

Bardzo mila Pani w recepcji, czysty pokój, bardzo dobre śniadania, do dyspozycji gości rowerownia. Super lokalizacja, blisko do zamku. Napewno tutaj jeszcze wrócimy

We enjoyed the location and position of the hotel. The lady on reception was absolutely wonderful- so kind and helpful and very responsive to our needs. We want to give her 11/10! The young girl who served us our breakfast was also very lovely and helpful. She did her very best to be of service. We thank them both and send them our very best wishes. We appreciated the bottles of water in our room, especially as it was 40 degrees centigrade!

We were very disappointed with our breakfasts as we are vegan and I am also gluten-free. As I mentioned above, the staff were very kind and helpful but there was not much choice for us. We had informed them via email of our dietary needs. The toilet lid fell off when my husband first opened it. He managed to fix it. The air conditioning remote needed new batteries which my husband was able to get from the kind lady in reception. The hot water control in the shower was broken. The carpets were marked and there was peeling paint in the bathroom. The room & corridor felt forlorn & uninviting. A small fridge would have been fantastic for us. The room felt rather spartan & unwelcoming to us.
