Absolutely wonderful. Top-notch staff and beautiful resort.

The breakfast and pool were great. The location is a little outside the city, which we preferred as it was quiet and you can see the stars at night. 15 minute taxi ride (150tl) to go to Goreme town. But our restaurant was delicious too. We just went into Goreme for a change one night.

The Wi-Fi in our suite was a little weak. It might’ve been the cave walls or 3 people connecting at once. Also, would’ve been nice if the pool is open a little later for our teens. We were out most days until after 8 PM when the pool closed.

A great experience in every way!

One of the highlights of this hotel is its incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. It feels like they are a big family who enjoys their work and the contact with tourists. They are always happy to help or give good advise what to see and what to do. When we forgot some clothes at our room after check-out, the receptionist called our new hotel (she remembered where we stayed next) which informed us so we could pick it up the next day. We highly appreciated that, many thanks again! For breakfast there's a friendly local lady making fresh Göszleme (traditional pancake). The cave rooms are spacious, clean and are beautifully decorated in a traditional way. We especially enjoyed the privat Hammam & jacuzzi in our room as well as the nice new swimming pool outside :) Thank you very much for making our stay so special and lovely! We hope to come again soon!

Good property and location. Overcharging for tours and transfers

Great location. Good large rooms. Good room service food. Good beeakfast

Hotel overcharging for tours. Like charged us 75 euro per person for red tour which other places is 40 euro. Charged 50 dollar for an atv sunset tour whixh is 30 dollar. Infact quoted us 85 dollars for it. Airport shuttle was 15 euro which is 10. Didnt give us free wine and free pickup earlier, but gave later on showing booking.com note. Shuttle for departure left us very little time at airport and was very stressful

- the staff will help you with everything you need, very friendly - breakfast is a combination between traditional and continental , so you have many options - a quiet place , good for couples - lots of cats and a cute dog

- it's a little far from city center - 10 -15 min walking - take in consideration that Urgup it's a more traditional city, not so commercial as Goreme

Çok güzel bir Otel deneyimi yaşadık. Arkadaşlarımla tatile çıkmıştım. Otelin lokasyonu, personelin yardımsever ve iyi niyeti, odaların temizliği, oda konsepti herşey mükemmeldi.

Keyifli ve Rahat Bir Konaklama

Odam çok geniş ve ferahtı. Kaldığım odada hamam ve büyük bir küvet olması gerçekten hoşuma gitti. Otopark konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım, otelin kendi otoparkı gayet geniş. Kahvaltı da oldukça güzeldi. Bir teyzemiz istediğiniz gibi gözleme yapıyor, diğer aşçımız da canınız nasıl isterse yumurtayı anında hazırlıyor. Odadaki QR kod sayesinde menüye kolayca bakıp odaya meyve ya da yemek siparişi verebilmek de çok pratikti. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki beyefendiye özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim. Gece geç saatte gelmemize rağmen Kapadokya’da neler yapabileceğimizi, nereleri gezebileceğimizi tek tek anlattı. Bu ilgi ve yönlendirme sayesinde zamanımızı çok daha verimli geçirdik. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım, tekrar gelmeyi düşünürüm.

Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und das Zimmer mit Hamam war überragend.

Génial

Le calme, ambiance famille, la chambre avec hammam tout simplement exceptionnelle ! Le personnel sympathique. Le pti déjeuner très copieux. La piscine chauffée. La propreté… tout était parfait.

Il manque un espace jeux enfants extérieur (balançoire, toboggan…) et un espace jeux intérieur ( billard, baby-foot…). Un espace musique pour le soir. Manque un peu d’animation mais nous on y était pour se reposer. La sortie quad pas top. Les dîners sont chers à l’hôtel, on a donc été marcher jusqu’à Ürgüp (10 min) ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la ville…

Leuke mooie hotel. Prijs vond ik wat aan de hoge kant. €200 per nacht voor 1 kamer. Heb ook geen compensatie gehad voor

Zwembad was schoon, kamer was schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk. Hotel is mooi.

Jacuzzi in de kamer deed het niet. Slang naar pomp zat niet vast waardoor locatie van pomp volliep met water. Ik gaf dit aan bij personeel maar ipv een oplossing werd er gezegd dat we het moesten melden als het weer gebeurde. Best gevaarlijk met elektra en water

Otelde kaldığım süre boyunca her şey çok güzeldi . Odası tertemizdi, mis gibi kokuyordu. Çalışanlar o kadar güler yüzlüydü ki insanın içi ısınıyor. Sabah kahvaltısı da nefisti, çeşit boldu ve hepsi çok lezzetliydi. Otelin havuzu gerçekten çok temizdi . Kendimi gerçekten çok iyi hissettim, huzurlu ve tatlı bir konaklama oldu. Kesinlikle tekrar gelirim.
