Very friendly staff.. especially Hikmat.. he arranged everything for us.. hot air balloon, sunset safari, city tour .. almost everything.
Hotel was clean. And pet friendly.
Restaurant was very cozy and had good food options.
Overall.. it was a good family time especially we enjoyed snow fall for 2 days.

Utopia is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The place is a winding tunnel of courtyards, patios, bars, and beautiful rooms. The breakfast was out of this world and staff was insanely attentive! It’s no question of where I stay next time I go, Utopia for sure.
