Lovely stay

The hotel has nice gym, pool indoor cinema and lovely food for dinner! The staff is super friendly and caring! We stayed for 2 nights and it was super convenient as a location to go around Göreme, keyseri for skiing in Argeos mountain. The rooms are clean and the hotel is super warm and cozy!

Everythings was great! The breakfast was nice but not something super wow.

Great hotel to come back to

Exceptionally clean, rooms all natural stone, floors, bathroom, bright, large patio doors. They have thought of everything, restaurant, garden, open areas, spa all very well designed. Very comfortable 5 star facility. About the staff, they made us feel special, what more can I say. In particular, want to name Merve (Guest Relations) and the very patient Bekir (Bell Boy). Hotel is located on top of hill with beautiful vistas of the surrounding countryside. Hotel has its own lively restaurant and bar. Hotel can be a destination in itself.

The property is a little away from town center, short taxi ride away. For those who need to have late nights in a bar or restaurant downtown, need a ride. We dined in the hotel restaurant, was good enough for us, after a full day of activities.

Beautiful hotel but dont use their shuttle service

Its a new, modern hotel which is so tastefully decorated. Open, airy with fantastic views of the mountains. Staff are very helpful, particularly their concierge.

It is quite isolated and with no onsite shop, it can be tricky if you need anything. The airport shuttle they arrange for you is a complete rip off. €45 for what others are charging TLR 400,for exactly the same service. Most of their staff are not very fluent in English so it was hard to communicate. Spa isn't value for money. While charging a good amount, service isn't up to it.

Highly recommend this pristine getaway in Cappadocia!

PROS: Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service and spectacular views of Cappadocia. Concierge was wonderful in helping us book our tours/ excursions. Hamaam and spa services were excellent.Everyone was helpful and friendly in helping us get taxis, make dinner reservations and provide items / room service for our room. Complimentary coffee in the rooms was nice although we did not have any milk/ creamer for our coffee.

CRITIQUES: Food at the restaurant could have been better ( not seasoned/ spicy enough and often ran out of items on their menu) although the free daily breakfast buffet was a nice spread. The bidet in the toilet was also lackluster ( it did not have enough pressure) and the rooms were small with not enough storage space. The hotel itself would benefit from having a store on the premises for essential items/ snacks etc. Loved the swinging hammock chairs outside and wish there were more. Overall, my family and I had an amazing time at Alden Hotel and would highly recommend it for your next getaway in Turkey.

The hotel is really beautiful and elegant The day spa is really nice and well priced The indoor pool is lovely View is amazing and we saw balloons go over every morning Breakfast is suburb The chocolates at reception are a nice touch Able to order room service

Isolated and need a car or taxi Only one restaurant and while it has a sizable menu, daily specials to mix it up would be nice. A second restaurant would be good and a kids menu There was constantly loud music playing and on the weekend it went really late. Lacked some atmosphere at the pool, could have a bar and nicer to sit and have a drink and some food No outdoor pool and the indoor pool was cold, needs a little heating My son split a drink on the bed so I stripped it and asked them to send cleaners with replacement bedding. They just sent a guy with one sheet. I left it for the night and expected when the cleaners came the next day they would replace it all. They didn't put a new doona cover on. It took two days to get it sorted.

Our experience at Alden Hotel Cappadocia was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is beautifully designed — blending modern luxury with authentic charm — and offers breathtaking views over Cappadocia’s valleys and mountains. Every morning and evening felt like a dream with those panoramic scenes. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh, local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Merve from Guest Relations, who truly made this trip unforgettable. With only two weeks' notice, she helped me plan the perfect proposal — taking care of every detail with such care and professionalism. From organising a relaxing spa treatment, arranging a stunning vintage car tour that ended with a beautifully designed sunset proposal at Love Valley, followed by a private dinner on our room terrace, and a romantic room setup — everything was flawless. Merve's dedication and creativity turned a vision into reality. Thank you Merve! This was an amazing experience that we will cherish forever, and we would love to return again insha’Allah. Thank you to everyone at Alden Hotel for making our stay so special!

The employees are exceptional, everyone is extremely nice from the minute you walk into the hotel to your check out. I left my bag in the taxi cab that brought us to the hotel and the manager in charge Amira make sure I got my backpack back the same evening. She make sure our stay there was more than pleasant. The place is extremely clean, food is delicious. Love the place and staff

Wonderful boutique hotel

Wonderful new 5 star hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and hospitable and made us feel welcome. The rooms were very comfortable and the decoration of the hotel was beautiful and blended perfectly with the theme of Cappadocia. We will definitely be staying at Alden hotel when we come back to visit again ! Highly recommended

Sehr neues modernes Hotel, schöne saubere Zimmer. Toller gepflegter Wellnessbereich und gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist für Aktivitäten in Kapadokien etwas außerhalb und man benötigt für alles ein Taxi! Dafür aber gutes Preis Leistubgsverhältnis da Unterkünfte in gleichen Standart in den Zentren von Göreme oder Ürgüp schnell 500-1000 Euro pro Nacht kosten

Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann vermutlich die Lage. Dort ist der Hund begraben…

Cet hôtel vaut le détour. Beaucoup plus confortable que les hôtels troglodytiques Nous nous sommes vraiment reposés. Tout était parfait La literie est super confortable. Ils proposent 4 sortes de coussins (plumes, mémoire de forme,...) Le spa était très agréable Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, le meilleur qu'on ait eu en Cappadoce

Alta calidad de todo que hay en el hotel. Muy bien situado a las afueras del pueblo pero cerca. Preciosas vistas. Espectaculares vistas de los globos ( a lo lejos). El mejor hotel en nuestro viaje por Turquía. De verdad es un 5 estrellas.

Estamos esperando la devolución del viaje en globo que nos reservaron desde el hotel. Pero seguro que lo consiguen retornar pronto.

部屋数があまり多くなく、部屋が比較的独立した造りになっているため、プライベート感が高かったです。部屋の窓からのカッパドキアの風景は、若干遠景にはなるものの、素晴らしかった。スタッフは、皆さんフレンドリーでした。トルコのローカルなホテルでは、しばしば朝食の時間が遅いですが、ここでは、朝食は7時からで、ツアーに出掛ける際も、慌てることはありませんでした。大人数の団体もいませんでしたので、ゆっくり朝食を取ることができ、朝食では、いろいろなトルコの食材を楽しめました。ギョレメからは、少し離れていますが、空港やツアーの送迎はスムーズでした。

町から少し遠いですが、タクシーを使えば問題ないです。

Отель ни как не соответствует рейтингу 5 звезд. Мы выбирали отель на booking.com и смотрели сайт отеля. На сайте все описано шикарно и отличные фотографии. Поэтому его выбрали. По факту оказалось, что все что на сайте - ложь. А именно; - ресторан работает всего один, второй еще не открывался. Тот что работал, уровня 3 звезды. - СПА представляет собой маленькое помещение с абсолютно неговорящим по Английски персоналом из трех человек. Мы заказали хамам с мыльным массажем. Хамам не был включен, массаж был ужасен. Массажистки не понимали ни слова! - заказали организовать полет на воздушном шаре. Оплатили индивидуальный трансфер до места запуска шаров и обратно в отель. Вместо трансфера приехал автобус, который забрав нас, заезжал еще в пять отелей. В результате, дорога в одну сторону
