The hotel is not new, but when it was built and equipped, it was done so with style. It is a very nice and clean hotel, with nice rooms. But what is the best is the staff - they are extremely nice and helpful with any request you might have.

They did not serve breakfast - we presumed that was because of the fact we came for a stay out of the main season, in November.

El alojamiento está bien

Elegí este hotel por su cercanía al lugar donde competía mi hija. Sin embargo, nada más llegar y entrar en el hotel, nos comunicaron que la competición había sido anulada debido a la alerta roja. Ante esta situación, abandonamos el hotel de inmediato, sin hacer uso de la estancia ni de ninguno de sus servicios. Envíe un correo para preguntar si era posible dejar el importe abonado para una futura estancia, pero nunca hemos recibido respuesta. Considero que, dadas las circunstancias excepcionales y la falta de comunicación posterior, la gestión no ha sido la adecuada.

La ubicación con respecto a Valencia para acudir a la maratón Calidad precio increíble en 10 minutos. Estás en Valencia

Lo único que mejoraría es que no había enchufe para cargar el móvil o lo que fuese cerca de la cama

La atención y comodidad

Limpieza básica bien, baño, suelo, sabanas y toallas limpias, pero baldosines del baño bastante sucios y manchas en algunos sitios que como mucho debían tener solo polvo. Suponemos que los anteriores huéspedes eran bastante sucios.

La atención de la recepción

Tener que salir y nuestra habitación estaba fuera del hotel, no agua en el vide, no enchufe en la mesita o escritorio de la habitación para cargar el teléfono, no percha de pared en el baño para colgar la ropa, una mancha en la colcha y Sabanas, y muy difícil para encontrar aparcamiento cer ca del hotel.

Tranquila y agradable

El hotel muy limpio, silencioso, tranquilo y la ubicación muy próxima a la ciudad de Valencia y alrededores la única pega es que no tienen cafeteria ni servicio de restauración pero no entra en los planes de la dirección implantar este servicio por lo demás fantástico

Demasiado caro para no poder descansar

Cama muy incomoda, prácticamente sin almohada y mobiliario (lámparas, mesitas, colchón aplastado etc) deteriorado. Seguramente no volvería por ese precio.
