Very good hotel with great staff and great rooftop pool

The breakfast was very good, Spanish style. Large room with comfortable beds and large bathroom. Great rooftop pool. What is most important in a hotel - great and helpful staff at the reception! I recommend this hotel.

We were returning from holiday & stopped over at Hotel Bartos. My wife had injured a leg. They arranged for us to have a room near the elevator. The room was large, clean and had a large bathroom with walk in shower which was just what we needed.

The main restaurant seemed to be closed but dinner was served in the cafeteria/ breakfast room. The menu was basic but low price. Access to the garden & terrace was locked but they did open it for us.

Convenient and comfortable!

This was perfect for our needs- very close to the motorway and the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The parking facilities under the hotel are ideal with a lift going straight up to the rooms. The staff at the reception were friendly and kind and we managed to get a quick dinner (fry-up style) before the restaurant closed at 22.00.

It is not located in a pretty place so probably not suitable as a holiday destination.

The rooftop swimming pool was fantastic. Lovely polite staff and clean rooms. Great value for money and a good location to see the beautiful Albufera lake.

Restaurant not open, and hard to find one nearby, thank god one was open 1,5 km away. For the same reason, breakfast is taken on a tray to the room, and the quality/selection is quite low. They say this is all due to Covid regulations but on the same week I visited 4 more hotels and the restaurant was open in all of them...

Clean, convenient with comfortable beds and a good shower. It is described as 4 star which is surprising as I would not have rated it more than 3 star.

WiFi was very weak. Used my hot spot instead. Had to ask for blankets for the beds. It’s quite cold overnight in October.

Very enjoyable break

The roof top pool was really nice to cool down in after a hot day. Breakfast had to be eaten in the room due to COVID restrictions but was fine. Ample free parking close by.

The pool is really outstanding! Oscar, at reception desk couldn't be nicer and more kind. He is just perfect!

The breakfast is rather poor and poorly served, but that is mainly due to Covid limitations, I guess. To be honest, the main inconvenient to us was the location. There was nothing closer to our real destination, and we had to drive for a good half hour every day...
