Perfectly fine accommodations for the price. Clean and comfortable room. Great location for exploring District 1 and surrounding neighborhoods.

Near ben than market but breakfast was not good and its old building though.

I choose this as I was recommended District 1. I wanted 2 queen beds in each as I invited friends from Cambodia. It was a great location walking distance to most things. Beds comfy, breakfast on 8th floor but lift goes to 7. So you need to do stairs at front of building and breakfast. Also shower was inside large bath. We did have balcony which I enjoyed. Great Japanese upon shop super close. 711 also. Ben Tanh market great for food bit a bit aggressive for selling. You must ho to Saigon Opera. Another hint when filling out visa..address of hotel..use " other" then type in address. Breakfast is self serve pho and cooked noodles and toast. Very decent but not big room. Ac also excellent.

Their facilities being old is okay but it being dirty is not. We were put in a room with broken airconditioner. It was leaking for 2 days and we transferred hotel because of this. Bathroom is also dirty and icky
