Perfect location with a nice view!!
I want to clarify that these comments are clearly made as suggestions for improvement: 1. Water was mostly warm or even hot on some days at all settings applied. Both from the sink and the shower. We simply had a lot of problems showering as even at the "cold" setting it was hot. 2. Kitchen utensils were overdue a renewal. The pan was scratched which you do know is a famous carcinogen. 3. There were so many ants that it was definitely impossible to sit outside. Other apartments did not have this issue.
