Location da favola! praticamente un piccolo villaggio immerso nel verde protetto da una cancellata, curatissimo nei particolari di gusto raffinato. I proprietari, nonni compresi, sono dolcissimi ed estremamente ospitali Spiaggia privata con uso gratuito di sdraio, ombrelloni canoe e kayak. Il tramonto è una cosa indescrivibile…

The studio is quite spacious for two; it was quite clean, but the best element is the terrace, which is spacious and has a view of the sea, created for enjoyment. We were in studio number 5, and I got the impression that studios 5 and 6 )we've been there several years ago) have the best positions and privacy; I'm not so sure about the others. Although it was quite warm during our stay, the terrace and the view will remain in my memory.

Unfortunately, I'm sorry to have to write this, but the communication this time with the owner was quite poor. Upon entering the studio, although everything seemed to be fine with the oven, upon opening it turned out that the oven handle was broken and the door was falling off. I immediately took a photo and sent it to the owner via WhatsApp, with a few more questions, because that's how we communicated before my arrival. Since I didn't have any response for three days, I sent a message via Booking. The owner immediately replied and said that he hadn't received any of my messages and that we would communicate exclusively via Booking. Although I said that I definitely wouldn't use the oven, my question about the oven was only whether he knew about the oven being non-functional before my arrival- nothing more; a simple yes/no answer would have been. But he said that he would send a technician to "examine", without "I'm sorry to hear that" or anything like that. The technician did not come during our entire stay; the owner did not even greet us when he passed by our studio. Not even a generic message like "Is everything ok?" "Are you enjoying your stay"... It was really strange. At one moment, it crossed my mind - maybe he will show up on the last day of our stay and say that everything was ok with the oven before I arrived? When you don't have communication whatsoever, everything is possible. I have to admit that such a small thing still affected the comfort of our stay, although I tried to ignore it, because in more than twenty years in Greece I have never felt like this. I have traveled all over Greece, and hospitality is a hallmark of this country. In the end, I understood this experience as an exception that proves the rule.

1. Η περιγραφή αναφέρει ότι το κατάλυμα είναι μπροστά στη θάλασσα και όντως έτσι είναι. Το πρόβλημα όμως, ειδικά για μένα που έχω κινητικά προβλήματα, είναι ότι η πρόσβαση στην παραλία είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολη: 30 σκαλοπάτια και πολύ μεγάλη κλίση του εδάφους, που πρακτικά έκανε απαγορευτική την χρήση της παραλίας. 2. Το κλιματιστικό δεν είχε συντηρηθεί, με αποτέλεσμα να παρουσιάζει προβλήματα λειτουργίας (φίλτρα γεμάτα σκόνη, ένδειξη υγρασίας 99%, χαλασμένο τηλεχειριστήριο κλπ).
