The Space:
A fully equipped contemporary maisonette with its independent guest flat in front of the beach that will offer you unforgettable holidays. The house can host up to 11 guests.

The guest house has a living-room area,a fully functional kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room able to sleep an additional 1 guest.

The ground floor of the maisonette consists of a large living room with two single sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a WC.
On the first floor, which is connected to the living room with an internal staircase, there are two comfortable bedrooms with a sea view. The one features a double bed and the other two single beds. A large bathroom is also on the top floor.

The area is sloping, and this makes the accommodation cool during the summer months! Part of the ground floor is semi-basement.

Enjoying the tranquillity of the area on one of the large terraces, where you can relax gazing the amazing sea view and the magnificent sunsets.
All rooms of the maisonette are air-conditioned.
Wi-Fi and private parking are provided for free.

Guests have full and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, the terraces and the courtyard.

The Neighborhood:
The maisonette is located on a beautiful beach with turquoise water, in a quiet rural area only 1km from Petalidi.
Petalidi is a small coastal town with all kinds of shops for your everyday needs, several coffeehouses, taverns and night bars. There is also a pharmacy and a health center.
The area is full of lacy beaches such as Petalidi (1.5km), Tzanne (2km), Kalamaki (2km), Karyas, Chelonaria (4km), Chrani (5km), Episkopi (7km), Velika (8km) and Agios Andreas (9km).
Visit the Venetian castles of Koroni (20km), Methoni (43km) and Pylos (37km), the infamous beach of Voidokilia (43km), the waterfalls of Polilimnio (17km), the ancient town of Messini (40km) and Kalamata (33km) with its castle, museums and historic city center.
Kalamata International Airport is 22km away.

Getting Around:
You can reach the area by public transportation means that connect Kalamata and the international airport of Kalamata with Petalidi. Transportation is frequent and runs on a daily basis.

Other Things to Note:
This is a great choice for all the seasons of the year! There is an underground passage that leads directly to the beach, so that you won't need to pass through the road!
Our guests will be required to deposit the amount of €200, as a security deposit, for any damages upon arrival at the property.
