About this villa rental
At the upper floor there is 1 double bedroom and en suite bathroom , 1 twin bedroom and another bathroom .At the ground floor is a very small bedroom with 2 bunk beds suitable for children ,living room with dining area and open plan kitchen. There are 2 big patios one at the upper floor and one at the ground floor' The villa has a private swimming pool 5x10m and a big garden. Villa ELENI is set lower down the hill on this small private estate, alongside villas Theresa and Katerina well shielded by trees. The private pool is just below the spacious, covered, sea view terrace and, as the land slopes away below the villa, the views to the sea and the Taygetos mountains are superb. The villa has one double and one twin bedroom, each with air conditioning and with sea views. Both bedrooms open on to a covered sea view terrace. The living room, which opens with French windows on to the covered sea view terrace, has an extra sofa bed for a child and a 26” flat-screen TV. The kitchen area comes with full cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are two bathrooms with full bath with shower. All windows and sliding doors are fully mozzie-netted.

Villa Eleni is a real gem. Conveniently situated just outside Petalidi but tucked away on a quiet hillside overlooking the Gulf of Messenia and Taygetos Mountains. The villa sits within a complex but is so private. Check-in was so easy - Chris kindly sent us directions and information about keys, electricity, wifi and contact details for George who looks after the villas. Lovely garden, plenty of parking, very generously sized pool. The two bedrooms upstairs are spacious with good storage. Bathrooms are small but functional. The upstairs balcony gives outstanding views across the gulf and mountains - perfect for watching the sunrise. Downstairs is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area - plenty of seating inside for us as a family of 4. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs with a small bunk bed - no room for anything else in this room and a bit of a squeeze for adults / young adults. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, modern and clean. The whole property was extremely well-maintained and clean throughout. The pool was diligently maintained by George. We had fresh bedlinen and towels frequently. The villa is very peaceful - the hotel across the road below the villa is not that noisy. Car a must. Road to villa bumpy. Pretty villages, Kalamata, Mani peninsular, Pylos. Ancient Messini are all within easy reach. Olympia is 2hrs 30 away - Sparta under 2. Kalamata Museum worth a visit to give a sense of archaeological sites nearby. Overall, a fantastic stay! Thanks Chris.

Villa "Cléo" fonctionnelle avec climatisation dans les deux chambres. Très grande piscine très appréciée par nos adolescents mais aussi pour se rafraichir car le beau temps était au rendez vous pendant les 15 jours. Vue magnifique. Pas de vis à vis et très calme.
Les Grecs sont adorables... vacances inoubliables.

Ruime villa met een super zwembad (10x5x2,3m) en prachtig uitzicht over de baai.
Alles zit er op en aan inclusief horren.
Enig nadeel is een rumoerig hotel in de omgeving
