I like this hotel, have used a few times. Please get these things sorted !! It will get one more chance !

The bathroom!! The bath has an old wound round the plug,gone rusty, been left, the sink was gushing water underneath, Leaking badly! The toilet seat had terrible chip in the front , The whole bathroom was a mess, disgusting! Yet it was passed as okay, THAt worried me ! So what's the rest Like !! Shame the last few times were OK..

Cheap and practical but lower your expectation. Avoid the restaurant. Bring some tools.

Easy access from highway. Parking near the room (like a motel). Cheap.

We booked 2 triple rooms. Only one of them was a triple, but the third bed was not ready. I had to fight with a lock to open the third bed (ok for a child but barely ok for an adult). Younger staff were friendly and tried to help but the superior or senior staff was unpleasant. We had dinner in the hotel, but it was rather poor. A buffet with very limited choice in particular for the main course (some fish or spaghetti bolognese). When we asked if we could have some cheese the senior staff just replied unpleasantly NO. Fortunately a junior staff kindly brought some later on.

I would chose to avoid this hotel, plenty of other options nearby.

The hotel was easily accessed just off the motorway, room was comfortable and warm. Ideal for a one night stay

The hotel and rooms are a bit dated, but I guess that's reflected in the price. The quality of food in the restaurant is very poor, I had a pizza which was inedible. If you fancy a drink I would suggest beer or wine, avoid any spirits as the measure is small (but not the price!) The lounge has a pool table stuck in the middle of the room so not a great place to relax. There are plenty of alternative hotels in the area, so they really need to up their game!

Room was fine, we are very familiar with Campanile hotels and this one is fine. Basic, good, clean accommodation.

We always wish that there was a walk-in shower in the rooms. Surely these small baths with shower over are out of fashion now. Being over 70 we always have difficulty getting in and out of the silly baths to get a shower.

It was ok for a stopover.

Easy access from motorway. Good air con. Beds ok. Bathroom ok. Car park.

Key card didn’t work if it was near my phone. I paid on arrival and paid for breakfast. A couple of hours later I changed my mind about breakfast but was told they couldn’t refund me the breakfast money (approx 30 euros). The room made me itchy. I think it was a pet from a previous occupier.

Very helpful staff. Excellent evening meal under the circumstances (Covid restrictions). good breakfast. Shower was excellent. Comfortable beds. Easy access to motorway but quiet in the hotel. Able to park close to our room.

Campanile on the edge of Riom convenient for volcanoes, Clermont Ferrand et al

Easy to find Campanile on the edge of Riom in a zone filled with other hotels. Basic room, wifi available. Nice thing about the Campaniles is that they have a restaurant with the hotel and not just a "snack bar" or similar. Breakfast was good. Car park. Pool table in the bar area. :)

Room was a bit noisy with the fan on the heating duct.
