Peaceful night in Riom

Very quiet. Comfortable and spacious room. Had everything you need for a good night rest.

Good location for a quick pitstop

The young lady on reception was extremely polite and helpful with advice about our visit to Riom centre. The weather was hot but the room conditioning was cool. The location was excellent for our planned early getaway.

Good location near the motorway and a good restaurant. Quiet bedroom, pleasant, helpful staff.

The breakfast was limited compared to other hotels but that may be reflected in the reasonable price. The shower was quite old.

Overall: Good value for money but with a bit of effort the customer experience could be improved

The hotel offers good value for money. The rooms are totally in line with the price and the breakfast is also ok.

I would have given a better rate if the breakfast room and the breakfast buffet would have been more clean. When we arrived at the breakfast room the tables were still dirty or even the dishes were still on the table. I appreciate that it's sometimes challenging in the morning to keep up with the crowd but it's a no go if the employees are taking care of their mobile phones and talking to each other while the tables are not made. Same statement can be made for the breakfast buffet. There is basically everything available that one needs for a proper breakfast. Unfortunately also there it would help if the employees would every now and then check if the buffet is clean (i.e. no marmelade spilled over, no orange jus spilled over, etc.). This would not take a lot of effort but would improve the customer experience a lot.

Staff were excellent. Clean, tidy, excellent for an over night stop.

Perfect for stopping while on our way up through France. The bed was really comfortable. Dog friendly at just a little extra charge. The buffet style breakfast was lovely.

The floor in the bathroom had footprints so it didn't feel extra clean, other than that all great!

Good overnight stop

Ace hotels are generally of a good standard and good value for money - although we noticed this year the price has crept up quite a bit. We have stayed at this hotel several times before en route to/from Spain, so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. Clean room, comfy bed, secure parking - perfect for an overnight stop. There is also a good choice of places to eat around this hotel, including an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet next door which is excellent value for money.

Nice hotel for stopover from South of France

Great size room for the whole family. Really helpful to have a third futon bed put in for our older daughter. Shower and bathroom nice and clean. Air con is a great added bonus.

The beds weren't clean, found someone else's hair on all the bed sheets. The location is quite strange and we struggled to find space in any of the nearby restaurants to eat.
