Nice stay, great for a headache free comfortable in piste stay

This is a German brand resort I booked it last minute as nothing available and I think we were the only English speaking guest but Elena at front desk speaks English and very lovely. We arrived midweek and ski school usually mon-fri but Gunter sorted us out for guides and ski school. He is the guy to go to for ski options. Ski hire shop directly opposite. Food amazingly good quality. Sauna area really excellent spotlessly clean fruits and lots of different saunas and a pool, but it’s naked be warned! My daughter enjoyed the games they organized and room was comfortable on first floor no balcony but very easy location as it’s a big hotel with 100 rooms. The only reason I don’t give it 1O is because they didn’t clean the bathroom (sink bath or bath tops) the whole time we stayed only made the bed. It was a very comfortable stay right on the piste but definitely expensive but I believe worth it. Also the arlesburg express bus from airport stops right at the door.

Didn’t clean our bathroom. Too quick at cleaning away plates I had not finished and uneaten food taken.

Tolle Lage in tollem Skigebiet

Die Lage ist für Skifahrer perfekt, einmal über die Straße und los geht’s. Ansonsten hat man alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht: die (renovierten) Zimmer sind gemütlich und schön, es gibt nahezu rund um die Uhr gutes Essen, Sauna, Schwimmbad und Kurse und wer mag Abends eine Bar mit Unterhaltung. - alles da!

Ich war allein unterwegs und einen Robinson gebucht in der Annahme, dass von dort Skigruppen organisiert werden, die zusammen fahren. Es gibt zwar eine Skifahrer-Börse aber so richtig hat das nicht gut geklappt und so wird man an die Skischule Zürs verwiesen.

Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell.

wir waren zu Zweit als Pensionierte unterwegs. Das Haus ist aber auch Familien zu empfehlen. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr vielseitig und sehr gut. Zum Mittagessen gibt es immer Wasser, Wein oder Bier... Wenn man erst nach dem Essen eintrifft, gibt es eine Ecke mit Suppe, Salat Brot Wurt und Käse sowie Kuchen. Das Abendessen ist reichhaltig mit grosser Auswahl. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht... ist ok. das nächste Mal werden wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon buchen und auch unsere Enkel mitbringen.
