Lovely quiet location
Some items a bit tired and needing replacement…attachment on hairdryer didn’t fit, rust on shower tray. Nothing major was very clean just a bit tired

Reasonably close to Durham and cheaper than inflated prices in city centre during graduation season.
Tired, cheap decor, paper thin walls and doors (which slammed) and piped music from the pub/breakfast room which could be heard in my room and woke me up. The window opened two centimetres so dread to think what it’s like when it’s hot.
