We went towards the end of the season and they seemed to be short staffed. Breakfast could have been better - one day they ran out of eggs.

Amazing stay

On arrival, we were greeted warmly. Our room wasn't ready because we were early, but they had it ready before the check-in time. We were offered a free upgrade to a junior suite. We were escorted to our rooms and given instructions how to use everything and complimentary water in the fridge. The place was exceptionally clean, rooms, pool and the whole area. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and everything was quickly topped up. The staff were all helpful, giving tips how to get into town. Bus stop outside. Supermarket up the way and walkable. Can also walk to town in around 20 minutes. Beach across the road was also beautiful

If you had small children and had no car you would have to hire or rely on public transport as too far to walk for little legs. But we were ok as older children.

The staff were extremely friendly and the property was in a good clean condition.

The property was in a good location. Not on the heart of the tourist area but a walking distance and the beach was just across the road. It was a bonus having breakfast included and a swimming pool area.

We had a couple of hiccups on the first day but they were sorted out very quickly. Due to the weather our ferry was delayed a day and we had to pay for an extra night, the staff were very accommodating and understood but given the circumstances it would have been appreciated if the cost was discounted as we had paid for two hotels for one night.

Would not recommend to stay here. Vicki welcomed us was such a nice lady. We stayed in room 202, unfortunately next to the cleaning room. The cleaners assembled very early each morning , lot of noise, outside our door was full of cleaning buckets, mops, could not sleep on. Breakfast by the pool was really disappointing. The pool bar was mainly run by teenage children. there was no one attending the bar any evening. I did discuss issue of cleaning room with manager Vasilis, he seemed uninterested and his response his and ability to manage it is really poor.

Reasonable option for stay in Naxos

Location

First, the hotel got the check-in date wrong for us. Also, The management did not inform us before hand that the suite we booked was not available due to electrical problems. Although, they did make alternative rooms available for us. Furthermore, It took them full 24 hours to deliver an iron and a clothes dryer to our room when I asked.

I would not recommend this accommodation.

Vicky, the lady at reception, was very helpful and a very nice lady.

The air conditioning did not work properly for the first 24 hours. The breakfast was disgusting and we did not go for breakfast on the second morning, as a result. At breakfast, on the first morning, we purchased two cappuccinos and they were awful. The wall paper on the walls was falling off and dirty. The shower and bathroom areas were not cleaned properly in advance of our stay with dirt on the ground and left over shower bottles from the previous guests. I would not recommend this accommodation and it does not reflect its image on booking.com.

Loved this hotel! highly recommend.

Our room was beautiful, modern and clean with all amenities you could want, extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and the Manager could not do enough for us. A lovely walk along a sandy track to the beach and only about a kilometre away from the port. The Supermarket is only 300m away. We did an island bus day trip which picked us up outside the hotel.

Loved everything really but as it was early in the season, the pool was chilly.

a pleasant stay in a pleasant place

Vasilli and his staff did their best to accommodate us in every way. The rooms are delightful. There were 10 of us and our party was satisfied with mostly everything. Personally I objected to the shower in our room never being hot enough or strong enough. I suspect the owner , Vangellis, decided that guests must get by on solar power but the weather at the time did not support this. Vasilli helped my children to organize a surprise party for me and my husband in the Pool room. We appreciated his help in making this facility available to us. Transport was flawlessly provided by George and his crew - shuttle , rental cars, Costas lugging our heavy bags up and down and cars ready and on time when we needed them. We enjoyed a pleasant stay and thank Vasilli for doing his very best to make our stay memorable.Naxos remains my favourite island so far.

The shower in our room 302 was a constant irritation. I complained numerous times and Vasili did what he could. There is a backup system apart from the solar but he was probably not allowed to use that.. The shower was tepid and weak. Not acceptable. However , the children who stayed in ground floor apartments did not complain .

the room we got was not what was pictured when we booked. the shower had poor pressure. however, rooms are still comfortable and spacious, albeit a little run down with wallpaper peeling etc.

Great breakfast. Close to the beach. Had a mini pantry in you wanted to eat in and some balcony furniture. Good beds.

The door to the room was partly broken. VERY easy to break into the room or go in without a key. Also they replaced soaps and shampoos that where less than half used when we still had several days left. I hope they are melted again or reused in some way, if not that is really dumb for the environment. Would also be better is they had larger bottles that where refilled by staff than all the small plastic that was thrown in the bin and not recycled

Cool stay near Naxos center

The nice and beautifull concept of the hotel. Nearby the city center on a 10 min walk. Very kind and gentle people with every minute a happy smile. The possibility to rent a car at the hotel and make a trip to other towns. We would really like to come back next time.

The hotel is very nice and causy. Actually it is super convenient since it is only 10min walking distance from the Naxos city centre and 2min to the beach. The staff is extremely nice, pleasant and helpful - esspecially Melina and Alexandra. The breakfast is really suprem with plenty of tasty choices. Definitely a hotel to come back and warmly recommend.

A perfect location on Naxos’ town beach.

Great location at the southern end of Agios Georgios beach which is shallow and very safe for families. Naxos Town is a 10 minute walk along the beach promenade and the hotel is very quiet at night for a good nights sleep. The hotel has a great breakfast at the pool and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We hired a car at the hotel for a one day road trip around the island which is recommended if you have limited time.

Nothing, we spent 4 nights there and it was very relaxing.

Excellent

The hotel is very nice and close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, the cleaning lady comes daily and changes the towels. The breakfast (10 euro/person) is delicious. What I liked the most at this hotel is the staff. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and always ready to help, the owners are also very involved and friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

The pool area is very nice but very close to the main road. If you wanna lay in the sun, the cars passing by might be a little disturbing.

It was good.

The photos on the site are of all different rooms so the room we received was not the room I thought I booked. Staff were friendly and provided a cot.

The pool only opens at 11. You have to either walk on a sand trail to get into the start of town or on the road which has no footpath. This was important for us with a toddler.

No staff on site over 3 days, only at breakfast. Check in was non existent with a brief key exchange and no information provided about our stay. Breakfast was not included but charged upon checking out. I was unaware of this due to no staff being on site to ask during check in. €10 euro breakfast. Very poor options
