Very conveniently located to the Ostuni Centro Ostorico Shuttle pick up. Parking near by. Good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The best gelato Fior de Palace is a 14 min walk with beautiful views of the city. Best spot for photography too.

Yes!I Hotel Terra is in the center of the old city.
The rooms are huge and every room is decorated differently. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
This was previously a nunnery that was converted to this beautiful hotel 40 years ago!! It had only 17 rooms and some areas of the nunnery were left unchanged.

the hotel was located in the centre of the old town which was excellent - breakfast was good - the staff were friendly and accomodating - the restaurant accommodation was fantastic
the wifi was spotty and difficult to connect

Excellent location. This is a beautiful hotel, which was previously a convent. The female receptionist that I met on the fourth day was lovely. Always happy and friendly and made an effort to smile and offer advice on things to do and see around town.
This historic hotel (a beautifully restored convent) has lots of charm and character. My room was spacious and well located, but it lacked some of the ambience shown in the photos, and overall the stay didn’t feel as special as I expected for the high price. Most of the male reception staff I met were polite but not naturally welcoming or friendly, which as a solo traveller left me feeling anxious. On the third day I met a female receptionist who was warm, kind and happy, and she really made a difference to how I felt - thank you 🙏
I originally tried to book directly with the hotel, but their website didn’t load in English on my iPhone (it may have worked better on a desktop). For peace of mind I kept my Booking.com reservation, but I couldn’t help feeling that by not booking directly with the hotel, it may have influenced the room I was given and the experience. Overall, the hotel is historic and beautiful, but some of the service during my stay made me feel like I was a bit of an inconvenience.
