The location was good. Pretty interior. The hot tub in the room was great and clean. Nice staff.
It is one big room and the design choice to have the bathroom behind a wall of glass is not good for privacy.
The radiators were not hooked up and the bathroom was cold.
The common hot tub on the roof should be available during winter. That’s the point of a hot tub.

Very close to the center of the old town with many restaurants. The Jacuzzi was amazing. They even had a bottle of prosecco for us! The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious!

Room was junior suite...not large by.any means...bed was comfortable but room needs a little TLC
The reception and breakfast area was in another building a few minutes walk away...found this quite odd. There was no mention of this when booking. The hotel is made up of 8/9 different houses. Staff were very helpful.
We were on the top floor which was accessible via the steepest narrowest set of stairs I have ever seen. One slip and they would be a deathtrap. Dont know how it passed Health and safety regulations. Also no advance notice of this and if someone had any kind of issues...or poor health it would be disaster.
