Driving into the apartment the road was extremely narrow and difficult to manage

Staff were super helpful and views from pool were gorgeous. Short walk into centre with tonnes of shops and eateries.
We were staying in a villa and there are a lot of old steps to and from the hotel. Pool had no deep end.

Lovely and helpful reception staff. Allowed a very early check-in. Enough towels for the whole of our stay. Nice pool setting. Great sized rooms. Good fridge freezer. Nice bathroom. Comfy bed and enough storage. A few more hangers would be good. Nice and quiet. Left to our own devices, which is as we like it. The road up to the apartment is narrow as previously mentioned, but really not a problem if you can drive confidently. We were advised to rent a car from Palma cars next door, which was excellent. We were even allowed to leave our hire car in the hotel car park after check-out whist we waited for our flight.
The pool didn’t seem to be cleaned for a few of our days stay. The Booking.com advert suggested that cleaning etc., was daily. This is not the case, only upon request for a fee. Not a problem, but it should be made clear by Booking.com.
