Great location and a very spacious room. The kitchen was well-equipped and practical, making it easy to prepare meal.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the bedding and towel policy. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, and this is not clearly stated in the property description. The additional charge for bed linen is only mentioned in the bathroom section, making it easy to overlook. We only learned about it from the welcome message sent before arrival. When we tried to call and order bed linen and towels at around 7:00 PM, nobody answered the phone. Fortunately, we had brought sleeping bags and our own towels, so we managed, but the situation left a negative impression. We would recommend making this information much more visible in the booking description and ensuring guests can reach someone when assistance is needed.

Schade, dass kein Balkon dran ist, oder so ein kleiner Austritt. Treppe recht steil.

De aanwezigheid van toiletpapier werd gewaardeerd maar voor de rest bleek er geen beddegoed, handdoeken, theedoeken aanwezig en de receptie was al gesloten. We moeten onze eigen slaapzakken en handdoeken gebruiken.

De bij de boeking genoemde (niet gratis) parkeerggelegenheid bleek een kilometer lopen maar omdat ik slecht ter been ben moest ik een taxi bellen om mij terug naar het hotel te brengen. Er moest door het gemeentelijk beleid voor deze ene overnachting twee maal toeristenbelasting (Kurtaxe) worden betaald: voor de dag van aankomst én voor de dag van vertrek. De stad ademde vergane glorie.
