About this bed and breakfast
Directly in the center of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and still quietly located is our SMUKKE HUS in a large garden. From here you can get to the bakery in the morning. The beach is within walking distance - and the restaurants and bars in the evening is also not far. The SMUKKE HUS is divided into a comfortable living unit which also offers a lot of space and possibilities for exploring larger families. Enter and feel at home from the first moment. The high quality furniture and the fireplace are functional in Scandinavian style, the open kitchen. In the upper floor is a wellness landscape, a small oasis to relax. The Scandinavian sauna was realized on the ground floor. The garden is nordic, the surrounding terraces with three beach baskets, garden furniture, fire place and barbecue offer ideal open - air fun at any time of the day. A parking space is directly at the house, the garage is inserted in the property.

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach einwandfrei und noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Standort ist zentral und doch ruhig und naturnah zugleich. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt stimmte einfach alles.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großen Fenstern und umlaufender Terrasse, die Sitzmöglichkeiten von morgens bis abends bietet. Wenn es windig ist, helfen zwei Strandkörbe auf der Terrasse. Wenn es ungemütlich wird, geht man in die Sauna. Highlight sind die beiden freistehenden Badewannen im Obergeschoss.
Das Haus liegt direkt am Waldrand und zum Strand sind es 8 Minuten.
Andrea ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Was will man mehr :-)

Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und auch an Regentagen kann man es sich wunderbar gemütlich machen. Die Lage ist top: Ruhig, direkt an einem Waldstück gelegen und doch nur wenige Schritte von der Wilhelmstraße mit Restaurants und Cafés entfernt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort. Empfehlenswert!

Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Der Platz war mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt. Ruhig gelegen und doch direkt an der Wilhelmstraße. Die Ausstattung ist super. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten dort eine tolle Woche.
