gardens were beautiful. staff treated us very well. food was good but expensive

the hallways were heavily perfumed. way too much. it could induce a headache. Towels and robes had a very heavy scent too. the location isn’t very useful, must drive to the beaches or other villages.

- fitness room is excellent - breakfast until 12:30 is awesome and very yummy - property is inviting :)

- surroundings at the property beautiful, but not so much around the property (train, supermarkets, Main Street) close by. still rather quiet noise wise but not as cosy - limited dinner options in the area (not in walking distance, despite the restaurant that belongs to the hotel)

Was okay, could have been better for a 5 star facility

Breakfast was fine, the employees were fantastic. It was just a shame that the back office in the kitchen was not there for them.

We had dinner there and it was to be a 5 start, but each wine we asked for was not available, then for breakfast they did not even have butter in the kitchen when all the stores are less than a kilometer away and open. It was strange. Also we had guests for dinner and one of the guests and I ate the same thing and we both got sick to our stomachs, so disappointed. What we expected and what we got.

Restaurant wie immer High Class…Sterneküche…echt top…Weltklasse!!!

Kaltes Wasser über drei Tage lang (im 5 Sterne Hotel…!!!), Zimmer Service angesprochen bez. zu wenig Klopapier, im Wellnessbereich kaum Wasser, Plastikbecher schmutzig (Lippenstift), keine Musik, der Kamin im Dauer Off-Modus (sollte man mal die Homepage ggf. ändern. Quittung dafür…Nachberechnung der Body Lotion&Seife (fast leer) aus dem Bad i.H.v. 58€…!!! Ansonsten sind die Preise in der Minibar im Verhältnis zu anderen 5Sterne Hotels extrem frech und wurde täglich nicht neu aufgefüllt:-(

Luxusfeeling auf Sylt

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück auch für Spätaufsteher, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in alle Richtungen mit dem E-bike. Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Zimmerservice war außergewöhnlich. Der Indoorpool hat unserer Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Fasssauna im Garten war ein Highlight.

leider dieses Mal schlecht - wir waren bisher immer begeistert

Leider hat das Frühstück seit unseren letzten besuchen im Landhaus Stricker total nach gelassen . Sieht alles nicht frisch aus . Um 11:00 war der Käse schon gerollt und einiges sah echt abgegessen aus .Es gibt Frühstück bis 12:30 . Personal war völlig überfordert . Tische nicht abgeräumt und gewischt .Als Nicht Hotelgast bezahlt man übrigens pro Person 48,-€ für das Frühstück .

Reception Unhöflich und nicht sehr entgegenkommend .Wir haben unseren Unmut kommuniziert . Es wurde aber nicht reagiert . Im Vor Wege ( 2 Tage vor Anreise )wurde man angerufen, ob man eine Massage möchte beim Aufenthalt . Nach mehreren Nachfragen unsererseits an der Rezeption wurde dann nach gefragt und am Ende kam nur die Info , dass an dem Tag keine Massagen statt finden . Zimmer Reinigung fand nachmittags um 15:30 statt . Es kam jemand ohne vorher zu klopfen ins Zimmer . Das Obst wurde bei einem Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen nicht ausgewechselt.

Schönes Zimmer und Wellnessbereich sowie nettes Restaurant Personal

Ich habe mein Begrüßungsgeschenk vergessen und durfte nach dem Aushecken nicht mehr abholen. Das Haar im Teller beim Abendessen. Die Frau vom Zimmerservice war ein bisschen lästig und hat stark nach Tabak gerochen.

Wunderschön & Erholsam

Gebucht haben wir ein Doppelzimmer. Bekommen haben wir eine Suite. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super zuvorkommend und herzlich. Das Frühstück war super reichhaltig. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist super. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Außerordentlich,man fühlt sich wirklich wohl.

Wir sind zum 3. mal hier und es war wie, auch schon in den vorherigen Malen,wieder wunderschön. Was echt toll ist,wenn man mit Hund kommt,die Zimmer sind keine 2.Klasse Hundezimmer, sondern alle gleich gemütlich und hochwertig. Das Frühstück ist wie immer außerordentlich, gut und vielseitig.👍

Nächstes Mal bevorzugen wir eine andere Unterkunft.

Leider war unsere Zimmertür während des Aufenthaltes defekt und ließ sich nicht verschließen. Wir informierten daher die Dame an der Rezeption darüber, dass all unsere Wertsachen frei zugänglich sind. Diese kontaktierte einen Handwerker, welcher den gesamten Nachmittag (mehrere Stunden) bis hin zum Abend versuchte die Tür zu reparieren. Ständig kamen der Handwerker oder das Hotelpersonal ohne vorher zu klopfen in das Zimmer hinein. Es war uns nicht möglich während der Handwerker anwesend war zu entspannen oder das Bad zu nutzen. Irgendwann brachte man uns dann eine Flasche Champagner als sog. Entschädigung. Diese wurde ohne Worte auf dem Tisch abgestellt. Vielen Dank, allerdings trinken wir keinerlei alkoholische Getränke, erst recht nicht tagsüber und schon gar nicht mit anwesendem Kleinkind. Auch das Frühstücksangebot ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ich als Veganerin hatte keinerlei Auswahl. Das wenige Gemüse (Gurke, Karotte) lag in ganzem Stück einfach nur in einer Ecke herum, ungeschnitten, sodass jeder der etwas wollte, selbst schneiden musste. Guten Appetit wenn hier 5 fremde Menschen zuvor die Gurke in der Hand hatten. Hier hätte man sich ruhig mal etwas mehr Mühe geben können und auf eine gesundheitsbewusste Auswahl wert legen können.

Schöne Pärchen Auszeit mit Genuss

Unser Hauptgrund für die Auswahl dieses Hotels , ist das Frühstück bis 14 Uhr …so beginnt der Tag wirklich stressfrei ! Große Auswahl am Frühstücks Buffet und zusätzlich kann man sich aus der Frühstückskarte leckere Sachen frisch zubereiten und an den Tisch servieren lassen. Zimmerservice Essen . Sehr freundliches Personal. Bluetooth im Badezimmer! Zimmer sauber , groß und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet.

Schon viel drüber gehört, endlich mal probiert. Es war alles grandios, vor allem das überaus nette familiäre und qualifizierte Team, in ein herrliches Hotel

anfänglich waren wir etwas enttäuscht, weil es ein kommunikationsproblemchen gab, bzgl der Reservierungen im Sterne Restaurant. Wurde aber grandios gelöst und hätte nicht viel besser kommen können. (Wie Paul Bocuse mal antwortete auf der Frage; Wer kocht eigentlich wenn Sie mal nicht da sind ?🍻 „Dann kochen die, die sonst immer kochen“ ‼️)

Nettes Hotel im Sylterschick mit einer gewissen 5-Sterne Überheblichkeit und weit weg vom Wasser.

Sehr schönes und liebevolles Ambiente. Tolles Frühstück. Angenehme Bar

Suite Fenster zum Bareingang unterm Dach keine Klimaanlage von daher sehr laut durch Stimmen und Autos. Porsches parkte ungünstig vorm Rezeptioneingang da dort die E-Ladestation war (kein 5 Sterne platz, da man so nicht den befestigten Weg nutzen konnte) Von den Servicekräften war nur einer wirklich auf zack. Die anderen stellenweise nicht zuvorkommend und belehrend. An der Rezeption wurde nur halbherzig geholfen.

Ein Relais&Châteaux-Haus wie man es sich wünscht - einfach wundervoll!

Das Landhaus Stricker ist ein inhaber-geführtes Hotel, in dem Individualität groß geschrieben wird. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter sehr zugewandt und jederzeit hilfreich und freundlich, der Service ausgezeichnet. Der Codex, dem sich alle Häuser Relais & Châteaux-Häuser seit 1954 verpflichtet sehen, wird immer noch erfolgreich gelebt. Mir war dies eine besondere Freude und ich wünsche mir, dass dieses Konzept, aufwändig und personalintensiv, wie es ist, in unserer Zeit den Unterschied ausmacht und somit auch in der Zukunft zu überzeugen weiß. Herzlichen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung. Wir wollen wiederkommen.
