The place is in a nice location. It is not very touristy like Interlaken. The breakfast is amazing and the Valleys by the hotel is just pure swiss experience that you need the view outside the window is perfect.
It was 2 single beds mattress put together it was uncomfortable to sleep in the middle part.

Location and the jacuzzi were great, the rooms were clean and beautiful
The breakfast room closes at 9:30, which is pretty early in my opinion, but on top of that, they already start taking away the breakfast food at 9:10/9:15, so that makes it even earlier. When I booked it, the breakfast was supposed to be open until 10:00 and in reality it was 9:15; too early

Stunning views from the hot tub, and a cute ambience in the hotel. Check-in and parking was well communicated. Nice up to date bathroom.
The privacy of the whirlpool is a roll of the dice, it is only for your room but half of the town could see our tub, whereas others were sufficiently concealed with some panelling, which the room would have benefitted from. The balcony had an awning which did not work, and direct communication from the staff was not courteous.
