Big family room for Paris. Easy, quiet, location

No complaints

Lovely location, plenty of places to eat and to walk to, 10/15 mins from metro. Easy to get to the city centre, only five stops from the historical centre of Paris. Comfy and clean room. We were allowed to check in one hour early for free which was great and we really appreciated it. Complimentary water and pastries at the breakfast area. Helpful staff.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable, I had to hold the shower head in my hand as it kept felling off the shower holder . The sink was blocked. The room itself was quiet but was over a busy road, still the noise wasn't too bad and we were able to sleep with open window. There was no fridge in the room which is the reason why I wouldn't come back to this hotel as we travelled with a baby. We were allowed to keep some baby food in the hotel's kitchen fridge which was appreciated but was a bit inconvenient.

Very good stay overall. The amenities were excellent, including complimentary croissants, refillable water, and board games available downstairs. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and spotless, with a particularly large and well-maintained bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned the room perfectly each day, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a great location, with plenty of excellent dining options nearby and easy access to central Paris

The only downside was the parking situation, as stopping outside the parking area meant briefly pulling onto a cycle/pedestrian lane, which felt a little awkward and potentially risky. However, to be fair to the hotel, this is largely outside of their control. I also had a small issue with the coffee machine in the room, as it kept taking the pods without dispensing coffee. That said, I’m sure the staff would have happily replaced the pods or machine had I asked — I just didn’t feel the need to bother anyone over it. One area the hotel could improve is the shower head, which was a little awkward to use as it kept slipping from its holder and the water pressure could have been stronger. Overall though, this is really just minor nitpicking rather than a major complaint

Room was VERY (uncomfortably) hot when I arrived. Changing temperature on air conditioning made no difference so as it was late had to open the window. This made the room noisy and resulted in a very poor night's sleep.
