Nice clean room, pleasant guy on reception on arrival

Room was VERY (uncomfortably) hot when I arrived. Changing temperature on air conditioning made no difference so as it was late had to open the window. This made the room noisy and resulted in a very poor night's sleep.

Long time when Check In (only one person behind the counter), few people at same time.. Deposit is extra difficulty (few days gone, still no money back) Also, room is OK but looks it needs small things fixed, some small elements damaged etc..

Great location with awesome staff but not so "grand"

The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. The location of the hotel is convenient with close access to the metro station, groceries and great boulangeries. Despite being on the noisy street, barely any noise gets into the room. Cleaning staff was doing a good job.

Room definitely needs some refreshing. There are water stains on the ceiling above the bed, baseboard is badly damaged by water in the bathroom and there are questionable, mold-like, stains in the shower.

Good Hotel, a little out of the way

The room was brand new and so nice. BUT! It was on the 5th floor with no lift - only a small, winding stairway. Staff were great - so welcoming and responsive. It's about a 10 minute walk from the metro. There is an EXCELLENT Italian restaurant directly across the street and a number of grocery stores.

The area is not the best in terms of ambiance. But we had no troubles. It's just not pretty like the rest of Paris.

Everything is excellent . The rooms , the breakfast , the location , the facilities in and around ! What’s best is the staff - each one of them - kind , polite and helpful ! For a business or family trip - I will definitely recommend this hotel ! The Metro Line 14 is very convenient as well ! It’s one of the best hotel experiences I have had !! Well done to the staff !!! A hotel close to a metro with lots of restaurants & bars all around. Nice place with spacious rooms

I like the support that I have received from the staff members. Everyone I met was fabulous and provided full support with extra care and attention.

I didn't like the noise from the road. Since, it was pretty warm, so I have to keep the window open and when you open the window, it is too noisy. The cars, bikes and all type of traffic moving from the street all the time. Having said that, I still find it an attractive place to live in.

Good choice for a functional stay in Paris

Size of the room is very decent for Paris and several services are provided such as coffee machine, fridge and drinking water you can collect at fountain. Efforts for reducing energy and water consumption are done. Location is good regarding public transports that can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Convenient stores are located nearby.

Friendly unpretentious hotel in an authentic of Paris which is not overrun by tourists

I really appreciated the hotel's stylish yet unpretentious concept, the bright colours, friendly breakfast/lounge area in the lobby and the friendly, efficient and very flexible staff, especially manger Sofiane. We were kindly assigned a room facing the back of the hotel so managed to keep the windows open all night which is not to be expected in such a busy area of the city. Do not be put off by the fact that the address is Clichy and not actually Paris; it is well connected to the city's transport system and and has the advantage of not being overrun by tourists.

I really liked everything and hope to return soon.

The staff was amazing. They were very attentive and spoke English very well. The location was a nice little spot. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and markets. Loved the balconies. The rooms were very modern. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty, and they even had beverages from coffee to fresh squeezed orange juice, and for later, they offered beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages to purchase right from the lobby. The bus and metro were very close by.

I’m not tall, but I’m not the shortest either. The mirror in the bathroom was so high up, I could only see my forehead. I had never had this problem before. The hairdryer was placed too high as well.

The location is excellent, all the city sights are only 4 km away, the highway is less than 1 km away, everything is close, the area is very quiet and safe, I recommend you try the pizza in the restaurant across the street from the hotel, the restaurant is called Bella Ciao. The hotel staff is very friendly.

On the website it is written that they have private parking, however, they only have 3 parking spaces which are occupied in 99% of cases, parking on the street is possible and from our experience they do not write fines, nor does the spider service take cars, nor do fines in other countries outside of France they are coming. City parking is available 600 m away on foot and costs 15 euros 24 hours.

nice and cosey hotel. Ok for a short stay, not worth the price thoug. Clean and friendly staff

Breakfast was ok. Not many choices, just main and healthy. I missed bacon and eggs. Room was too small for a family room. We were two adults and two kids. The couch which was turned into bed was nog comfortabel at all. But in general and nice and ok hotel but definitely not worth the price

Parking was just a small area, not secured and accessible from the street. The nex mornig i found coffee/ thee and cigarette ashes al over my brandnew car, probably from the appartements above the parking lot.
