Exceptional Hotel in Exceptional Location

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to a very family oriented area and also to the lake with so much to enjoy. The scenery is around the hotel is stunning. There is ample seating outside to relax and just enjoy the surroundings. We were met by a very friendly reception staff and this friendliness continued through our stay. Our room was very clean, well appointed with views out to the lake, bed was super comfy. Breakfast choices were varied and the food was very fresh. The cost of drinks, food was refreshingly reasonable. A very well run hotel that I would thoroughly recommend.

Fabulous location right on the waterfront. The outdoor space was beautiful; for children it would be amazing as the lake park is right in front and has a lovely playground. Staff were super friendly and lovely. Breakfast was great. Nice touches like a Prosecco on arrival and room slippers for use.

Bathroom was very small and very old. Overall; room was very old. But sheets were clean and bed was comfortable.

Low budget hotel, Don't expect much.

Location

Real Noisy outside. Workers started to work on the building at 645 am. Also cigarette smoke was blowing in the room. The shower changes temperature fast, From normal to burning to warm/ cold. Also no water pressure.

Beachfront hotel with magical view

The hotel had a huge kitchen on the 3rd floor which allowed us to also cook from time to time. The location is right by the lake and the view is magnificent. The hotel staff were really helpful, beutiful place for a relaxed vacation. Also a great area for hiking (10 mins walk from the lift)

Würden sofort wiederkommen, aber nur wenn es ein grösseres Zimmer mit normaler Dusche gibt.

Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen, wunderbar grosser Garten, tolles Frühstück und Abendessen, die ganze Anlage war top, ausser das Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein für 2 Pers. mit Hund und das Bad bzw. die Badewanne zum Duschen wirklich schrecklich. Man konnte sich fast nicht mal umdrehen in der Wanne.

Hôtel calme avec belle vue et personnel arrangeant, mais literie inconfortable, manque de communicat

Calme et localisation : l’hôtel est situé dans un endroit paisible, à proximité du lac, avec une belle vue. Adaptation alimentaire : le personnel a su s’adapter à mon régime sans gluten et sans lactose (même si ce n’était pas indiqué sur leur site). C’était très appréciable. Confort pratique : ascenseur disponible, bonne température de l’eau pour la douche. Espaces extérieurs : beau jardin adapté aux enfants, terrasse abritée, ambiance familiale. Espaces communs : petit salon avec télévision, possibilité de garer les poussettes. Gestes d’accueil : une petite bouteille de champagne et d’eau offertes à l’arrivée. Restauration : le dîner au restaurant était bon, malgré un excès d’huile sur un des plats. Personnel arrangeant : notamment pour les questions liées aux régimes alimentaires.

Literie : les lits sont inconfortables, ce qui a causé des douleurs au dos. Communication interne : manque de transmission d’informations entre l’accueil et la cuisine (par exemple, mon régime alimentaire n’était pas pris en compte le premier matin). Accueil : certains membres du personnel manquent de sourire et d’informations locales (ils se contentent parfois de chercher sur internet sans approfondir). Parking : trop petit, difficile de trouver une place le soir. Une meilleure organisation du stationnement (délimitations au sol) serait utile. Équipements en chambre : chambre assez basique. Il serait appréciable d’ajouter une bouilloire, un sèche-cheveux plus pratique (sans bouton à maintenir), voire d’autres petits équipements. Petit-déjeuner : confusion concernant les laits végétaux/sans lactose, ce qui a compliqué le service. Restaurant : plats bons mais parfois un peu trop gras, et manque d’ouverture aux critiques constructives pour le chef. alimentaires spécifiques. Néanmoins, plusieurs améliorations seraient nécessaires, notamment au niveau de la literie, de la communication interne, de l’accueil et de certains équipements en chambre.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten im Umfeld, braucht aber dringend eine Modernisierung der Zimmer.

Super schöner Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt, mit vielen Liegen und ruhigen Ecken.

Das Bad ist uralt, hat nur eine Wanne und uralte Steckdosen, and denen unser Haarfön nicht funktionierte. Leider hatten wir nachts teilweise massive Lärmbelästigung. Die Parksituation am Hotel ist chaotisch und man muss aufpassen, wo man parkt, da man sonst zugestellt wird, und das Hotelpersonal nicht weiß, wem die Autos gehören.
