Lovely couple running the place, nice breakfast included. Interesting, stylish decorations

Fact that checkin is till 7pm which is understandable from the perspective of the owners yet something to be mindful when booking and if in travel, yet we were accommodated with late checkin which is much appreciated!

The hotel is run by a couple and they are awesome hosts. It has only a few rooms, very reasonably priced, they prepare the breakfast on their own and offered several suggestions on what to do nearby.

The taps in the bathroom have a bit of a lag due to a pressure pump activation. Needs getting used to.

Very cozy and well-appointed. Great location, right on the edge of town. Jan and Janny, the proprietors, were very kind and helpful, providing excellent suggestions for sightseeing and dining. A lovely stay!

Central location

Really strict check in at 4pm (which is late) and there wasn’t anyone even there we could leave our bags with. And then a strict check out at 10am the next day. When asked for a late checkout were begrudgingly given an extra 30 minutes. So not much use really. We asked about breakfast and the latest time we could have was 8.30. So we ended up not even getting that which was included in the price and part of the reason we’d picked to stay there as we know not much is open in grantown on a Sunday. Maybe a place to stay if you have to be up and out but wasn’t ideal for our needs and the lack of flexibility with the hosts was disappointing.
