Fabulous rooms. Great restaurant. Lovely bar. Great service. A very well run hotel.
Breakfast was ludicrously expensive at €45 per person. Couldn’t get a dinner reservation for our second night.

Beautiful town with lovely staff and the restaurant is outstanding.
Many things do not feel like 5 star quality, for example the SPA which has mold on the pool, or the toiletries including hair conditioning and so on. A bit of a downer

The city is beautiful. Breakfast is amazing and it’s rare to have spas in Alsace.
There was very little personal feel to it. All is perfect, but the staff is almost too distant. Never asked questions, just ran with their program. All fine, but not 5 star quality
