It has a lovely classic old school feel. Fantastic location, really nice big bed, spacious room and lovely bathroom, we had a canal view and it didn’t disappoint.

Great location, very comfortable, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Our room was spacious and the bed massive, with lovely bedding. The breakfast was great, everything you could wish for and more. The location was good, only a short walk to the centre market square. Ella the reception was a really lovely lady, informative , helpful with a cheery way.

Hôtel is extremely far from the train station and not super close to anything. One of the réceptionists was a Little rude.

Perfect Beuges experience

Everything was perfect, the room is beautiful and clean with a beautiful view of the canal, great breakfast, very nice staff. The bed is comfortable. Location is walking distance from the market and all attractions. There is no elevator but it is was not a problem for us. The Hotel vibes takes you back in time to live real experience of Bruges

The location, close to the city centre, the whole ambiance of the hotel, the amazing breakfasts and the help given to us regarding their garages as we were struggling to find secure parking.

Absolutely nothing, the hotel and surrounding area reflected the history of Brugge.

Bellow expectations.

The hotel building near the canal is beautiful! It’s very close to everything and the view from the room and the breakfast room, to the canal is really nice! The breakfast is great both in variety and quality! Also the lady at the breakfast room is doing an exceptional work!

I didn’t liked the cleanness of the room and especially the bathroom, there was mud and long standing dust is some places. I didn’t liked the quality of the towels which were old and didn’t feel fresh at all. I didn’t liked the fact that at this price level they didn’t offer sleepers and we had to walk bare foot on the floor which was not very clean. Also I didn’t like that the offered shampoo and shower gel bottles were half full. Finally, it was very expensive for the size, the overall quality and comfort of the room. Generally it’s a pity when you have such a nice building you don’t pay attention on things such as the above mentioned.

Anniversary long weekend

My girlfriend and i had a wonderful stay! It's a beautiful old hotel right on the canal, oozing with character and cosy charm. The staff were professional and efficient and we were allowed to check out 20 miutes late on Sunday which was appreciated. The breakfast is also great and set us up nicely for the day. We would love to return!

As a couple celebrating our first anniversary it would have been welcome if we had a real double bed rather than two single beds pushed together. This was a little disappointing. Perhaps a double mattress topper could be used to allow a twin room to become a double? We also weirdly had issues with mosquitos one night in our room so perhaps an insect zapper could be a useful thing to have available.

Quaint convenient hotel which made us feel like we were staying in an authentic hotel of Bruges

The location was fabulous with our room facing onto the canal where we could open out the window and take in the view. The room was quaint with a medieval feel. and only a 5 minute walk to the main square.

It wasn’t very luxurious and one slight drawback was that the shower was not fixed to the wall so was just a bath with a shower head. It was still good value for money

The Room made us feel like we stepped back into time! The decor was beautiful and stylish. Loved the old wooden exposed beams in the room, the big windows for lovely fresh air and beautiful and cosy decor. The room was VERY spacious and we indulged in the Nespresso coffee and super rich and creamy hot chocolate. Everything was just amazing. We could access the old town square and most attractions very easily from the hotel. The Breakfast was EXCELLENT!! Thank you for the most fantastic stay.

Room's ceeling and ground is wooden. This seems really classy and you can feel like you've booked an 1800s hotel which is really Great. The only problem is if your upstairs neighbor is little bit excited you may hear many foot steps and voices...

Wonderful staff and hotel

The receptionist was one of the nicest people I've ever met, she was very kind and helped us plan our short trip in Bruges. The beds were very comfortable and the room clean and spacious

A little slice of heaven!

Hotel Ter Brughe was like staying in a fairytale! The location is perfect! 5-10 min walk to everything in every direction. Even the bus to the train station was just down the street. Very easy with rolling luggage. From the lobby to the little bar, garden, and breakfast area, it was perfection and very comfortable. Our room was amazing! Right in between two bridges on the quiet canal with a bay window that opened where I sat each morning with my coffee! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A Fairytale Stay in the Heart of Bruges

We had the most magical stay at this medieval hotel in Bruges. Our room was on the top floor, with beautiful exposed beams and an antique charm that made us feel like we were living in a fairy tale castle. Everything was simply perfect – from the cozy and well-kept room to the enchanting atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the highlights was the breakfast – it was absolutely delicious and served in a charming basement or wine cellar that overlooked the canal. Watching the swans glide by as we sipped our coffee was like something out of a storybook. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm and memorable experience. We had originally planned to visit Brussels for a few days, but the city of Bruges and this wonderful hotel completely stole our hearts – we ended up staying here the entire time. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Truly unforgettable!

The hotel was lovely great facilities, bar, lounge, small gym, courtyard. Our room was beautiful and the beds and linen were wonderfully comfortable.The view was directly onto the canal which I loved. The location doesn't get much better. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The bath/shower didn't have a glass screen to prevent the water splashing on the floor or a hook for the shower head to hook onto. Nothing major but would perfect this room.
