Location is good - only 10 mins walk from the center
I chose this hotel as I read good reviews about the kindness of the staff, the care for details - that I did not find Staff - on my arrival, when I entered the room , a guy from maintenance was sent to my room to fix something in the bathroom. He said he was going to be quick - he started drilling with such a loud noice that we had to leave the room. I went downstairs and complained and told the manager that I want him to leave the room and do it when we were out( as it should be..). The manager replied to me with a tone of voice as if she was making fun of me. this person did not leave the room for 30 mins - and after a long trip we had to stay in our room waiting for him to fix the bath Care of details - as a 4 stars hotel I had higher expectations and I did not see much care of details . Our little table was wabbling - one pillow had a stain, one light was not working and other little details
