Great location. Historic building. Large beds, (in superior rooms). Air conditioning in bedrooms. Complimentary box of chocolates.
Felt a little dated/unloved, more shabby than chic, bed side lamps didn’t work, no USB sockets, no shower (just a bath with a hand spray), terrible loan iron/ironing board, Some grumpy breakfast waiting staff.

Such a charming inn on a quiet canal. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates by very friendly staff. The breakfast offered is extensive and has everything you would want. All the sites in Bruges are in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
Only one small criticism. The eggs at breakfast were not that warm. Perhaps if the serving dish was heated it would keep the eggs warmer.

It was just ok.
Hôtel is extremely far from the train station and not super close to anything. One of the réceptionists was a Little rude.
