Very good, but watch out for the greedy owners!

Absolutely GLORIOUS property! Very relaxing and great location in Tuscany.

I did not appreciate the proprietor of the property approaching my wife and I at our dinner table and telling me that "it's not good for her if I book using Booking.com" because she makes less money. If that is how she feels about it, she should de-list her property from Booking.com. It's an absolutely ridiculous expectation on her part that I should voluntarily pay more out of my pocket, and ignore the better deal I see on Booking.com so that she can make more profit, or that I would even know that. But can you imagine telling a guest this while they are trying to enjoy dinner? Very poor taste on her part. That was the one black eye on an otherwise wonderful stay.

Charming place, decorated well, delicious food but if you come in early October it can be cold

The food was outstanding and the service was excellent

the hotel is not heated as Italy has a rule in that no central heating can be turned on before November 1. With the temperature dropping to 45 F at night during our stay our spacious room with high ceilings became unbearably cold. The only allowed solution was a small ceramic heater which was inadequate. The common seating room was too dark - needs more light to make it more inviting

No coffee facilities so had to pay for pod coffee. Pool could have been a bit warmer.

We loved everything, we created great memories.

Is a beautiful cottage with a great view, the pool is one of the best I seen, tennis court is in good condition with a amaizing view, dinner was good value for money.

Coffee and water in the room is a must. Is not acceptable to ask for it or made your self and pay for it, consider the amount of price per night. I would like to be more social, to be able to meet and talk to people over a glass of wine or dinner.

Enjoyed the environment but it lacks the small touches that particularly suit a boutique-type hotel.

It is a beautiful property with exquisite views. The owners are lovely people and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

It is rather frustrating when the rooms on Booking.com are presented in one way by picture, but when you arrive it is nowhere near what you consider a high price for very mediocre accommodation. It is not the first time it has happened. The self-service everything is not appealing. Not even a fork is put on the breakfast table. You even have to boil and time your own eggs. The establishment should really review these little details which make a big difference. We all do self-service at home. We don´t need it in hotels.

Paradise in Panzano

the location and serenity of the whole villa was truly wonderful. Impressive and heartwarming to have the owners of Le Barone greet and mingle with guest daily, the staff very helpful and the facilities are magical.

Relaxing and full of tastes

The pool is large, plenty of shadow under the trees, the garden is huge and amazing, the pool bar, the coffee mousse is delicious, the prosecco… The tennis court is a big plus for sports amateurs (my children play tennis and they enjoyed it every day)

Perfect, relaxing getaway from the sight seeing in the cities.

Pool was amazing, restaurant was incredible including the service (Giulia was the best), rooms were comfy, plenty of activities in the area, and most of all, some of the best views in Tuscany Valley.

Superb

Beautiful hotel in great location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the owners charming. The grounds and pool perfect. Breakfast was good. We also lived the honesty bar.

Our bedroom was over the reception and surprising noisy from guests arriving back late at night. There was also no insulation between our room and the next door room and so when there were loud American tour groups staying we could hear every word late at night.

Couldn't have been more Perfect.

We travelled for the first time with our 5 month old, and from the beginning of our stay we felt like we were with family. The Count and Countess were nothing but amazingly sweet and hospitable with us. The Breakfast and Dinner served onsite were fantastic. The place is quite and extremely well kept, perfect for our new family. Thank you so much from Paula, Max and I, can't wait to come back and visit :)

Beautiful hotel, warm hospitality

This is an exceptional hotel - it’s beautiful and welcoming and everyone is very friendly. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with roses and herbs and olive trees. Everything- sheets, towels, even table linens - are top quality. Best of all is how immediately comfortable you will feel there - like you’re at a friend’s Villa. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at in all our travels.

Wonderful stay, wish we have stayed longer

The place is beautiful with all you can want. Lovely big garden with lots of sitting areas.breakfast was excellent and dinner was very good too. It had very nice furniture and very helpful staff. We stayed for two nights in the classic room but will stay in a bigger room next time

We asked for a shower and this particular room had a small shower but nice and clean
