El lugar es super lindo, la alberca es grande, las habitaciones suficientes para descansar, son pequeñas y cómodas.

Sin wifi, requería trabajar y solo por 15 min estuvo excelente, el resto ya nunca tuve señal. Termine utilizando los datos del celular para concluir con mis actividades.

Se ve agradable el lugar, es tranquilo y los trabajadores muy amables y excelente atención de su parte.

La dueña o administradora del lugar fue muy pesada, no nos dejó ir sin antes revisar la habitación. Su baño tenía fuga y se hizo un charco dentro del baño. La piscina estaba sucia, no pudimos nadar en ella :(. No tienen cuartos con 2 camas. Pero sobre todo como ya dije, la atención de la dueña o administradora, fue muy pesada.

No lo recomiendo, ni agua caliente tienen.

la ubicación era conveniente.

El establecimiento sabe que está bien ubicado y no hacen el esfuerzo por ofrecer buen trato o servicio, no hay shampoo en la habitación, no hay agua caliente para abastecer las pocas habitaciones que tienen, la segunda persona que se bañó ya solo salía un chorrito de agua y bien fría. Me parece pésimo, es lo básico que de menos te puedas bañar. No lo recomiendo para nada no vale la pena.

Atención y recibimiento en horarios complicados. Llegamos después de las 2 am y nos recibieron

La atención de la personaje recebo algo deficiente, Nos decía que nuestra habitación estaba sólo por una noche, cuando la teníamos para 2. Tuvimos que irnos a trabajar y confiar que estaría disponible al regreso. La encargada se comunico más tarde conmigo y me confirmo que todo estaba bien.

Las habitaciones tienen lo necesario, el lugar esta muy bonito, la alberca, el jardín, el restaurante también muy rico y buen precio. Tiene estacionamiento amplio y el personal muy amable y atento. Creo que si volveríamos.

Puede darse una manita de gato a las habitaciones, sobre todo el baño, tiene problemas de salitre y la regadera esta muy deteriorada, sale muy poca o demasiada, tiene fugas, etc.

Excelente lugar para asistir a un evento en Xochitepec

El hotel es excelente para pasar un fin de semana que tengas un evento, la mayoría de clientes son asistentes a bodas o eventos por la zona por lo cual hay mucho movimiento en la madrugada.

Hay que avisar al guardia para que te espere despierto cuando tienes evento, podrían implementar otro mecanismo, pero en general si avisas no hay tema y ellos te abren.
