Nice small hotel, clean & quiet; staff is very friendly & helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Service was very good, all personnel was really nice and helpful. Always with the best attitude of service and a smile. The hotel has a rustic look and feel (without being kitsch) which is nice. It's well maintained. Peaceful and quiet. Location was fine. It's a little difficult to access if you don't have a vehicle, but OK. A 5 min. walk will put you on one of the main roads that has lots of businesses, lead you to town center, or the bus station. You can always get a taxi if you ask the front desk.

Floors in the room were a bit dusty. Not dirty, just dust that comes from the outside, which may be normal in this setting. The drain on the sink was not working properly, so water sat down for a bit before running out.

No acordé con mis expectativas

La zona es cómoda para alojarse para eventos. Las zonas comunes están bonitas.

La habitación no tiene cortinas que tapen la luz, por lo que bien temprano ya entra el sol a la hab. Se ve distinta la habitación que me dieron a lo que mostraron en las fotos. No tiene AC, solo un ventilador de piso que no hace mucho y uno de techo que ventila bien.

Me gusto el lugar muy sencillo y poca gente, por la noche disfrutamos de la alberca solo para nosotros y la temperatura de la misma muy agradable

desgraciadamente no contaban con alimentos para desayuno que había un retraso en los insumos y no cuentan con servicio de cena La señal del televisor fallo mucho de ahi en fuera todo muy bien

Falta de mantenimiento y no cuentan con planta de luz, se fue la electricidad toda la noche y mañana, no sabemos si llegó o no el problema es que como no hay aire acondicionado entonces el ventilador tampoco funcionaba

Pregunté si el internet tenía buena señal y me dijeron que si, ya que tenía clases de 9 a 3 y pues la verdad es que la señal de internet es bastante mala y se estuvo cortando. Tuve que irme a otro lado.
