Really good base to explore the city, half way between old town and beach.

Really spacious and well maintained flat. Very quiet. Close to useful bus stops.

How to access flat and key collection was a little unclear beforehand, but it did all work out fine.

Fabulos!

Everything was great! The location is very close to the oceanographer and public transport, in a very quiet area. The apartment was very spacious for two families with all the amenities you needed and very clean. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Valencia.

The apartment was very clean and spacious having all luxuries and services needed.

The location was very comfortable for us, easy access to busses, taxi and the mall, also very easy to take a walk to the local restaurants and brunch establishments, and the owners were very very keen on helping us to our requests.

I couldn't think of something more. We had everything we need. Just excellent.

A lovely place to relax after a long day!

Our favourite aspect was the balcony and the big living room. We also thought two bathrooms was really useful and the location was perfect!

We couldn’t get the air conditioning working and we initially struggled with the lock.

Almost perfect, apartment with all you needs.

I would expect that for 10 days, to get one time linen bed changed. With towels was not a problem as apartment it's for 6 persons and we were only 3.

Cost effective and excellent place for a family to stay when visiting Valencia!

What a great place for our family of six to stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything that we could possibly need for our four night stay. (including laundry detergent for the washing machine!) everything was very clean. It was nice to sit out on the balcony on the evenings too. The location is good too - assigned parking in the garage, shops and eateries close by, a short cab ride to get to old town or the beach, and walking distance to the City of Arts and Sciences.

I can’t think of a thing. Everything was great!

Best Location in Valencia

Location was Perfect!!! 15m walk to beach. 10m walk to museum. 20m bus ride to old town. Supermkt. Restaurants. Pharmacy and Dept store within 1 block.

After a long flight, a cooler apt and some water would have been nice. But quickly fixed.

Tökéletes szállás 6 fő részére, biztonságos, szép környéken. Kényelmes, tágas, jól felszerelt konyhával aki főzni szeretne. Nagy terasza van, szuper volt kiülni reggel és este. A szállás melletti plázában mindent meg tudtunk venni, de reggeliző hely is van 2 perc sétára. A városba busszal jutottunk be, a megálló a közelbe van. A legközelebbi tengerpart 20 perc sétára volt. Nagy társasággal újra itt szállnék meg.

Perfekt boende med bra läge

Mycket trevlig, välutrustad, lägenhet. Fantastisk balkong, stort vardagsrum, kök, 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Rent och bekvämt. Värden svarade snabbt via whats up och vi fick checka in tidigare än vad som angavs. Fick också stanna kvar till eftermiddagen i lägenheten då vårt flyg gick sent. Smidig incheckning då värden öppnade på avstånd och nycklar fanns tillgängliga i lägenheten. Bra läge med goda kommunikationer både till stranden, centrum och flygplasten. Väldigt nära Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciencies och Oceanografic, vilket vi tycker är trevligaste området i Valencia. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till Valencia och denna lägenhet!

Ganska lyhört och lite sämre ventilation (framförallt i badrummen), men inget större problem.

Dit is een futiliteit. Wat ons betreft hadden de eettafels, zowel binnen als buiten iets groter gemogen. Met 6 volwassenen er aan eten was wat klein.

Apartment hat wunderbar gepasst, zentral gelegen, geräumig und gute Ausstattung

Lage war ausgezeichnet zwischen Altstadt und Meer gelegen. Mit Buslinie direkt vor dem Apartment konnte man schnell in beide Richtungen kommen. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung.

Das Apartment liegt in der Nähe einer "größeren" Straße (v.a. das Hauptschlafzimmer, der Balkon und das Wohnzimmer) und daher ist es trotz guter und moderner Ausstattung der Fenster etc. etwas laut.

Maravilloso apartamento

La ubicación. Depende de tus planes, ya que está cerca del museo de las ciencias, a un paseíto del puerto (fuimos andando con tacones), e imposible si quieres ir cargado a la playa o al casco histórico - zona de tapeo. En nuestro caso estuvo muy bien para los planes. Limpieza. Perfecta Comodidad: Perfecta Precio: Perfecto Ruido: no se oye absolutamente nada Espacio: terraza gigante, y todo en general. DOS BAÑOS. Acceso: telemático, cómodo y rápido. Parking: no lo utilizamos pero había, esto es maravilloso. Facilidad: no sabíamos si seríamos 5 o 6. No nos pusieron problemas para nada en esa flexibilidad, siendo el mismo precio.

Me hubiera gustado que nos dejara algo de agua. Inventario: no está correcto, faltan objetos y te asustas si eres responsable al ver que no están estos. LO PEOR QUE JAMAS ME HABIA PASADO Y ES ILEGAL PORQUE NO LO PONE EN LAS CONDICIONES: yendo de camino me pide bizum de 150€ o foto de mi tarjeta de crédito como fianza. Al decirle que eso no lo pone en las condiciones de Booking, me dice que no lo pone porque si no las personas no reservan. Le digo que mi tarjeta la tienen en Booking que es a través de donde he reservado, y si ocurre algo que reclame a través de esta plataforma. Decido enviarlo por miedo a no tener alojamiento, aunque luego me dice que no es condición para alojarse. Pilar ha sido muy amable y educada, pero esto estuvo muy fuera de lugar, y es para denunciar, porque no es la primera vez que un alojamiento engaña a una persona y se queda con un dinero que no aparece escrito por ningún sitio (no ha sido mi caso).
