very welcoming staff they was always available to support with any questions/ book taxis and recommendations staff cleaned the room each day outside space was comfortable 1 min walk to nearest beach across the main road lots of storage space and seating areas fully equipped kitchenette cute gift baskets on arrival and departure

bathroom was a little dated but was clean wifi did not work inside the room but worked well in the outdoor area. (ground floor) Wasn’t too much of an issue as had roaming data. quite noisy when in outdoor area as close to the main road

La posizione ottima! A pochi metri dalla discesa della spiaggia Alchades. Appartamento come da foto, accogliente e con un cesto di benvenuto ricco di prodotti per la colazione. All'interno tutto il necessario. Pulizia quotidiana e cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Un merito speciale per Themis. Non facevi in tempo a chiedergli qualcosa che già era lì con quello che ti serviva. In più ci ha sorpresi al check out con un bellissimo pensiero come ricordo

Everything. The place is very close to the beach and also not far from the supermarket and bus stop (cca 5 minutes walk). The room itself was very spacious, cosy and clean, having the ladies doing a daily cleanup, towel exchanges, even they did our dished (what we completely did not expect them to do)! Every day we got a new bird sculpture made from the towel, so we ended up guessing what bird we would get on the given day - it was really nice and children loved it, too. The kitchenete is small, but it has everything (and even more) we needed for our stay. We were really surprised and delighted when Themis welcomed us very warmly with an extra seating, utensils and toys prepared for our kids. Not to mention all the treats we got from him. We also had a nice and landscaped garden in front of our terrace decorated nicely with the lights so coming "home" after the sunset was a nice and colorful experience, too. Themis was always available and also provided us with the suggestions for the restaurants, activities and also means how to get to every beach. Nina's house people's hospitality is hitting the top notch level, we felt truly welcomed here and our stay was way much better than we could even imagine.

The road can be sometimes noisy due to ATVs passing by, but only when you are sitting on the terrace facing the road - this is just a minor "issue", not affecting the overall great impression

We had the luck of staying in the deluxe suite, and it's hard to overstate how pleasurable our stay was. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond. 'kind' almost feels like an understatement and the apartment itself was simply perfect. The location couldn't be better - nestled between Skiathos Town and the island's most beautiful beaches. The apartment is incredibly spacious, with two bathrooms (each with its own shower), two double bedrooms and a generous living room, and the level of care far exceeded our expectations. It felt like a very good 4-star hotel, with our towels changed every day and the bed made. Everything was spotlessly clean. The views from both sides were spectacular: there are two (!) large terraces, tastefully furnished with cozy armchairs, elegant tables, and a swing chair where you can sit back and watch the sea. One facing the sea, and the other overlooking a beautiful hill filled with sea pine trees, where the only "noise" was the deafening chorus of cicadas. The air conditioning was a nice surprise too, with vents so sleekly designed they blended right into the decor. In fact, the whole apartment is furnished with such taste that it was genuinely hard to leave for dinner, as we kept wanting to just stay in, even with so many wonderful little restaurants and beaches waiting just outside. The host welcomed us with a basket of marmalade, honey, Starbucks coffee for the coffee machine, bread ready for the toaster, biscuits, water, and more. We slept wonderfully, as the mattresses were very comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, and the windows were excellent at blocking outside noise. I can't overstate how relaxing our stay was thanks to this beautiful house. On top of that, there was so much flexibility with check-in and check-out, which of course shouldn't be expected, but made things so much easier for us.
