The apartment is in an excellent location—just a 10-minute walk from the town centre, with bus stops and a supermarket only 3 minutes away on foot. The beach is literally just a 1-minute walk from the apartment! Zacharias was an exceptional host. He welcomed us warmly and was always friendly and willing to help with anything we needed during our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Skiathos!

Everything was perfect. Very well equipped, comfortable, spotlessly clean. The outdoor courtyard seated area was glorious.The beach was steps away. Zacharias was extremely friendly, welcoming and informative. The perfect host.

First and foremost, we want to thank Zacharias (Zach), who is, without any doubt, the most exceptional host we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. He was always just a phone call away whenever we needed anything, yet he respected our privacy completely. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our holiday truly unforgettable. The apartment is in an absolutely perfect location. The beautiful beach and crystal-clear sea are literally only 30 metres away, allowing you to enjoy a swim whenever you wish. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is incredibly peaceful and private, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Another huge advantage is that two of the best restaurants in Skiathos are practically on your doorstep. Exantas is only 10 metres away, while Yalos is approximately 25 metres from the apartment. Having such outstanding restaurants just a few steps away made our evenings even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully designed, exceptionally spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness deserves a special mention. The apartment was immaculately clean throughout our stay. It was cleaned every single day, with fresh bed linen changed every other day—a level of housekeeping that rivals, and even exceeds, many five-star hotels. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Filloreta, whose professionalism, friendliness, and attention to every detail were exceptional. She took great pride in her work, and thanks to her dedication, the apartment was always spotless and beautifully presented. One thing that future guests should know is that the photos on Booking.com simply do not do Lemon Tree Apartment justice.

We spent 11 nights (2 persons) at Lemon Tree Apartment and were more than satisfied. Very good amenities as described, high-quality bathroom. The location is fantastic - just a few steps to the beach and diagonally across from the very good restaurant Exantas, right on the sea. Especially worth mentioning is the host, Zacharias. Born on Skiathos, he has a lot of tips ready to pass on to his guests. He is extremely helpful, and you can tell how important it is to him to make his guests completely happy. We can recommend this accommodation 100%.
